- top notch location - clean bathroom

- the sliding door for each bunk bed is too hard to open and close - the lower bed has limited space coz the upper bed is very low. I don't think people who's taller than 160cm can sit on the lower bed comfortably (I'm only 154 and it's irritating a bit for me) - they built a wall and use a sliding door to separate each bunk bed but I think doing so the a/c can't goes to the lower bed that much. not cold enough for me

Everything was good but 1 of the staff was poorly behaved. My locker was not fully functioning where I had to tighten the nut to lock the locker. The staff showed an unsatisfied reaction to my complaint. It would be great if the staff go together to the room during the check in process. Beside that, i like the place and would like to stay again.

I enjoyed my stay here very much! The location is super great as it's so close to the city centre, to the Lee Garden Plaza and easy to access transport such as Tuk2 and grab. I went on Monday, so most of the popular night markets were not opened but there was a night market nearby Lee Garden Plaza opened that night and it was big and so many people! Hence, I still get the Hatyai night vibes as I wanted to see very much. Originally, I booked a bed in mixed dorm but to my delight and surprise, they assigned me a room just for myself. The room is fully air-conditioned, such a cool place to be after went thru the hot weather of this city during the day time... I can't believe my luck till now.. The staff was very kind and accommodating to me, I am really happy! I really reccomend this place to stay to all of you. Especially if you're traveling solo like me... It's clean, just enough for you to rest after such a tiring day. You won't regret it. Gonna stay here if I come to Hatyai again! 🥰

Location is perfect!

The window of family room cannot close perfectly, so the noise from outside is really loud and annoying. Second floor only have one toilet combined with bathroom. So we need to go third floor to use the toilet.

The location near to Lee Garden by 5 min walk and also near to Alisan and Suasana coach arrival and dept office by 3 min walk...i will stay here again

My bed (no 10) need stand fan (which they provided) if i want to sleep comfortable. I dont feel the acond at all.

This was the best dormitory hostel I ever stayed. I traveled a lot in southeast Asia but definitely the best one in terms of comfort, cleanliness, common areas very clean and organize well maintained. Location at the center of hatyai. Just walking distance to hatyai train station.

I like the bed becasue very comfy.

Receiption no air-cond. bathroom and toilet not enough to cater if too many guest. Floor when walk very noisy as it made by wood. The air cond are not centralized. i sleep bed below and feel very hot.

The location was next to the night market, very close to getting all the yummy food. It was also a very short walk to the train station. The place was clean and comfortable.

There were a few ants that we saw but it didn't affect our stay.

Great location comfortable room set up.

Bathroom could be cleaner .. Only hot water available no kitchen or at least a microwave to warm up food

Same music across the road it was to western as the night got late, after 11pm same time,but it was Friday night.😎
