The location very strategic to Lee garden night market. Only 100m from hotel. The owner is so kind and very nice. She very helpful. She also got brother. Bro fern. He do driver. We can booking him to bring us 1 day trip follow our listing place to go 🤩 its very convenient and reasonable price. The owner and her brother also can speak english. So very easy to communicate. And explain what we want and everything lah. The room is clean, the bed also clean. The room got aircond. Cold. Nice.

The toilet got smelled a bit. But clean. Just uncomfortable smell come from the drain. No lift. Just got stairs. Lucky i got level 2. But ok.

The hotel located at the center of city. We arrive around 1130am (Thai time), and staff give us early check in. The hotel also very near to Hat Yai Train Station (450m), no need to take tuktuk. But, if you want take tuktuk, only 150B. The hotel close with the Lee Garden Night market (250m), Kai Tod Decha famous restaurant (250m), 7e and other restaurant, so easy for us to find food and Jalan-Jalan cari makan. Also have Thai Massage and Spa nearby.

We absolutely loved the strategic location it was at! It was a walking distance to some of the places we've planned on the trip: Lee Gardens Plaza, Kim Yong Market, Kai Tod Decha. And even if it wasn't walking distance, riding Grab was very convenient and cheap. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming too, the whole check-in and check-out process was very smooth and easy. The room was also very spacious and was equipped with everything we needed.

There's just no elevators here, but luckily the staff's were very friendly and helped us to bring our luggage to the 2nd floor by stairs. Cant imagine if we were on the 5th floor though.

i have booking family room and ive got very big space room. im so satisfied. Also on that day i can check in 2 hours earlier than the real check in time. The room also got big freezer that we can store our frozen food.

this hotel dont have elevator but the staff and owner son is very helpfull to bring our luggage going down or going up to our room.

Room size is big enough for family, suitable for family stay. Kids likes the room size as there are ample space for them to play around in the room.

No respond from the staff either from email or chat in the bookin.com app. Have to call and ask for simple question such as if kids below 4 can stay for free.

overall everything is good.very convenient.near to famous shops.Spa is just next door can do foot massage which is very good.The price very reasonable.will book this hotel again next time.Staff very friendly and helpful.

there are mosquitoes inside the room and not suitable for elderly because there is no lift.

The place is clean with basic necessity, comfortable for me, shared bathroom. Although its a rented room but still an upgrade from a shared dorm with a cheap price (for me). You cant beat the location tho.. Walking distance to everything. Easy access to amenities shops & breakfast lunch joints. The lady who manage it was also nice. Would like to stay there again if visit.

Language barrier. its not too bad.. But still it would be nice to have someone understanding what you're saying.

Great location which is at the center of the city. You can just walk to go anywhere nearby (Lee Garden, Kimyong Market). The owner allowed us for early check in (12.30pm) after the room cleaned. The staff was also friendly. Gentle reminder that this hotel does not have elevator. Luckily our room on the second floor. You can ask for iron at the hotel reception. Overall, we are satisfied staying here.

It's one of the best places to stay. Worth of the money pay for. The owner is super friendly and very helpful. This is my 2nd time staying there. Walking distance to morning and night market, 7/11, and a lot of food stalls to choose.

The water heater is not hot enough.
