The location very good. Easily to reach the place where I want to go.
The staff (girl) quiet unhelpful. I got the key at 3 pm but when I went to the room, the room undone by the house keeper. So I need wait for 30 minutes but the girl staff didn’t mention me when the room was done. After I waited long hour I go to the counter and asked for that room waa done or not, she just passed me the key. She supposed to reach me 1st when the room was done because I didn’t waited far from her. That bad for me because I was traveled for 12 hours. I need rest immediately.

They change to Neo Grand Hotel (same boss/owner). Since Asia Grand Hotel is under renovation . Just a few blocks (walking distance). Big room, value for money...walking distance to Lee Garden mall (10min)..
The hotel never informed (reply) any update regarding changing hotel venue, luckily tuk-tuk driver at Asia Grand Hotel inform us. Hotel management should email, or communicate to customers in advance (dispute I have sent 2x messages in the booking app regarding confirmation & check-in late notes

Iron should be provided at least for every level. It’s a bit unpleasant for the guest to take the iron from receptionist then use it for limited time and must return back to the receptionist as soon as possible.

Easy access to everything and can rent bike in front of hotel.
For iron, need to go outside which a bit not convenient for me. And staff not very friendly.
