The room is spacious, and they allow you for early check-in once your room is available. The receptionist do her job quickly and is kind enough to answer to all questions. Parking is ample, 7e and amazon cafe around 100m. Quiet area at night. Kai tod decha (halal) restaurant is also walkable from the hotel.

It’s quiet a distance for you to walk from hotel to lee garden. You have to cross 2-3 junctions to get there. If you are with kids or elderly, you will need a transport to go to Lee Garden. This hotel is quiet far from the night life. They only provided 1 pillow. No extra towel as well.

All about Friendly Hotel it's exceeded my expectations.. Highly recommended.. They have a parking lot that easy for u to park and good service from the entrance assistant.. Worth for ur money and their service..

Room was spacious, clean and with all basic amenities. Not to worry about bringing your international adapter, the room has inbuilt USB ports. Aircond working well with adjustable dial. The room was comfortable for me. Not too far to walk to suggested eateries and street night market, and a very short distance to drive if u want to. Good value for money. I would recommend this place for anyone driving to Hatyai. Ample parking space, can easily park your car. Receptionist was friendly.

The 2 TV available, spacious room, near to lift, door man friendly. , comfortable bed, near to Lee garden, wifi easy connect no password, room was make up everyday clean.

Water control spray , head shower knob not easy to control, take some time to cool the room as it was spacious, only 1 key for the room

Room size extraordinary big and clean. It's just walking distance to Day market and night market around Lee Garden area. There's Amazon Cafe near by 100 meter from hotel. 7 eleven also within 100 meter from Hotel. Hotel equipped with laundry facilities. The receptionist was so kind to let us check in early at 10 am without additional charges.

My room shower have clogged drainage which can be repaired later. Change the shower and bidet head as it's rusted.

The location is good, walking distance to Kim Long Market, food stalls and 7-11.

The waiting area at lobby is pretty small, especially when lots of people gathering at the lobby area. There's only 1 lift, so we've to wait at least 2 round for our turn to check in and check out our rooms with 5 of us and few luggages.

The property is near to main attraction. Walking distance to Lee Garden Night Market around 10 minutes only. 7 Eleven & Cafe Amazon also nearby only 1 minutes walking.

Only the main point here is that the floor inside room a bit dusty. Maybe need to be mop also. Not just sweeping.

Easy to find food stall. Only 5-10 min walking to lee garden night market. Tuk2 always standby outside hotel. Staff very helpful. Washing machine/dryer also provided at hotel. Sure will repeat.

Room cleanliness can be upgraded. The bottom of the bed had so much dust, the housekeeping should monitor all this Frontliner can be more customer service oriented person

Quite far from convenient store n attrack market..need use grab or own car,but if u love to walk its consider ok
