Very close to two 7 Eleven, and a few restaurants and hawker stalls. Quite far to Lee Garden Hotel / Market, but still walkable (took me around 5-6 minutes walking). The hotel also serves breakfast on a pay to eat basis. Okay breakfast. Also very nice and friendly staff.

They don't have water heater in the room, also didn't have water cooler (cold / hot water, coway, cuckoo etc) at each floor like some hotel did (if such hotels didn't provide water heater in room). You have to ask the front desk and they'll give you a flask, in which you also have to ask them for hot water and they'll fill it up for you. It is such a hassle to go down and ask them for hot water everytime you run out of hot water. I find this very strange, since the hotel did have a minibar in the room, but didn't provide a water heater

Decent accommodation for the price. Strange location a bit out of the way. Staff were efficient but got a bit of grief when departing as I had to convince the receptionist that she didn’t issue me with a receipt for the compulsory deposit they took off me on arrival. They returned it eventually after some time, but I was flustered & subsequently got into the taxi without my suitcase (my fault but still say because I was distracted) I had to pay 2000 baht to have it delivered to the quayside as I was taking a boat to Koh Lipe. Very annoying & expensive which kind of soured my stay.

What is the deposit all about as they have my bank details should anything be amiss. Receptionist refused to refund me as I didn’t have a receipt which was NEVER issued in the first place.

The location is quite near to lee gardens and within walking distance, the bathroom and bed were good, need to bring your own toothbrush

No hairdryer, when requested for one through the helpdesk, they gave a spoilt hairdryer which still couldn't function

Love the friendly staff at reception. She was polite and willing to our request for early check-in. Room though dated, is clean. Bedsheets and towels are clean.

The strong scent from room air freshener when we first entered the room. We had to open the windows to clear our the strong smell.

Very very easy to only walking distance to any famous HALAL restaurant & also closed to all famous attraction such as lee garden,asian market & many more!

Sofar for me everything is fine by me as we only come here for leisure & relaxing with kiddos.

The staff is so nice.then can talk english and malay too. They allow us ti checkin early

The iron is shared by all the guest which meed to go to level 1 to iron.should be great if it have iron in every room

Staff very friendly , big room, our room got aircond problem but staff very helping to settle problem, clean hotel and close to 7E and massage places

The front office so nice and love to smile towards us

Overall just nice but need to make it more lively,maybe some touch up or make it more esthetic for young people
