Good location, walking distance to many places, surrounded by lot of options of food, fairly clean, good hot water supply, air conditioner was cooling fast enough, good technical support( toilet flush were faulty- got fixed by the time we were back) ; got to check in earlier with no extra charges ( double thumbs up)

Soundproof of rooms were bad, could hear ppl brushing teeth next door/opening the doors, had lifts till 6th floor but there were 7th floors( it was ok for us cause we weren't with huge luggage; took all the passports as deposit; could have at least gave luggage tags during storage ( although our bags were in good condition)

1. Breakfast is good, Simple and Taste. 2. I love it the Lobby. The Environment is good. 3. I love it the Lobby. I like to sit at the lobby till watching outside. 4. From the beginning, I choose Sakol Hotel, because its center town I can walk anyway without any transport.

1. Always the room in full booked even booking online. 2. Inside the room u have the electric Cattle, u put coffee cups 2 sets but don't have coffee? Why? Normally hotel rooms should provide. 3. When Customer request hot water or warm water, ur housekeeping said don't have? Why? You should give to ur customer hot water since old people staying So this is the issue Sakol Hotel Management Should consider in future.

This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel (used to stay at other properties in Hat Yai before). Choose this hotel because of the great location, very near to Lee Garden, Night Market, 7E, halal food stall & ample parking space in the 1 level basement (can fit at least 20 touring bike + few cars). The room & toilet also very clean. Inside room have small table with 2 chair, tv, mini fridge, kettle & 2 drinking water. The bed & pillow also very comfy. Definitely this hotel will always be my 1st choice when coming to Hat Yai.

Didn’t like when I got a room on the 7th floor haha! On my 1st time staying here, I got a room on the 7th floor. What I don’t know is that the elevator only reached until the 6th floor & then I need to take the stairs from 6th floor to get to the 7th floor (while carrying our stuff, heavy riding suit & a muscle soreness after a long hours of riding 😅). So on my recent stay, I got a room on the 7th floor too but then the frontdesk staff managed to find 4 rooms for me & my friends at the lower level. Thank you!

1. Great location, in the middle of town 2. Very easy to get public transport (Grab, tuk tuk) 3. Near to shopping areas such as Lee Garden, 7 Eleven 4. Bedroom and bathroom is very clean 5. TV, remote control are all functioning well 6. Shower flow is fulfilling and soap produce lots of foams 7. Bed is comfortable although slightly hard 8. Have extra pillows 9. Simple breakfast available (coffee from machine, toast, small cakes)

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Greeted us with a smile always. It's definitely a good stay here. Near to Lee Gardens, walking distance to kimyong market, ayutthaya, amazon, 3x 7E is nearby..a great place overall 👍🏻 Breakfast free flow coffee/latte/mocha/chocolate served with toast/biscuits/muffins.

I don't find this a problem, but just so that others are aware, this hotel has 7 floors in total. But lift only until the 6th floor. You will need to climb 1 flight stairs to the 7th floor.

provide simple breakfast like hot drinks, breads, biscuits n muffin hotel with lift, total 7 floors, lift till 6th floors. friendly staffs for enquiry, order Tuk Tuk and helping hand with handful of stuffs. one of the best location in town, like 3min walk to Lee Garden, 10-15min walk to Kim Yong market, 20-25min to clock tower, 1-2min to 7-11 (right opposite the hotel), next door n opposite full of Thai massage centre. convenient for food. 1-2min walk to the Suasana bus station that I took.

Good location. Just 20baht away with tuktuk from Haadyai Junction train station and 100baht from the bus station. A very friendly receptionist(can't recall her name) when we arrived. Met a very helpful doorman by name of Annua. Would definitely repeat this stay when we return. Our room was very spacious and clean.

We got a room on the 7th floor but, the lift goes only up to the 6th so we had to climb a level by stairs. Which was not so bad for us because we had a couple of luggage only but, if you are travelling with lots of heavy bags, better ask for rooms from the 6th floor and lower.

Breakfast is serve well with choices of coffee. Room condition is good. Your Porters are very polite manners & helpful especially The Malay Staff. Your Aquarium is very elegant in the Heart of Lobby. Location for My Bus Trip Station is very nearby & walk in distance. Alisan Chartered Bus. My Humble Request is you have to consider for long hours Travellers to accommodate before 2.00pm especially like who arrive in the morning. We waited almost 2.pm. My suggestion for family traveller's you guys should consider early check in.

Everything is fine. Expect considerations of early morning arrivals tourist from Malaysia especially to checking in before 2.00pm. Especially with families who arrived early morning.

The hotel was conveniently located near the attractions. There are tuktuks and grab readily available to go out. Staffs were really friendly and the facilities were good enough for what we needed. The room is clean.

My only complain was that the bed was really stiff and hard. You might as well sleep on the floor. But other than all good!! Sometimes the internet connection on the TV is not good esp at night.

The location is super strategic, close to everything that you can find in Hatyai town. From massage, food to night markets, everything is so close by. Besides, it is better than Lee Garden hotel due to the fact that it is less noisy.

The hard like rock mattress/bed. Other than that, all within expectation of the price paid.
