The location is near Lee Garden. I went to the hotel by walking from Alisan Office where my bus from TBS station bus. It's very strategic place to stay at and I'm quite satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. The hotel looks simple from the outside however the room is a great place to sleep. They provide towels and iron (only until 6pm) for guests to use. Will certainly stay here again if I come to Hatyai. Keep up the good work!

The staff was really helpful. First they allow us to drop our item at hotel since we arrive so early, this place just open the moment we arrive & then they also allowed us to check in early on that day without any extra charge. After breakfast we don't have place to go since its still early. Also all of us so tired from long distance journey, we decide to check if we can check in early & if with charges we also ok with that but luckily we got it free. We really grateful with they courtesy & definitely will comeback to stay here if I visiting Hat Yai again

The location is good, near to almost everything. Staff were friendly also. got money changer, selling sim card and motorcycle rental provided here. As for malaysian, plug malaysia also got no need to bring adapter. Iron and towel were provided. Room service was great, change towel and sweep floor everyday during our stay. Just that pillow only provided 1 for a person, so my neck a bit sore hahahha. The soap inside bathroom is very nice, tissue also enough. Will repeat my stay here again.

Ironing time only during day, but not a problem. Towel a bit smell maybe not properly dry. Rent motorcycle here, she mentioned that motorcycle 300 bath, security money 500 bath, when return motorcycle need to put petrol full back, I already put petrol full until the indicator exceeded the F but they still charged 10bath more. Not so good because when they give us the motorcycle, she show us the indicator ALMOST at F means not full yet still charged us money so sad. I will repeat my stay but not rent motor here. If you guys want to rent here, need to take video as proof so they cannot charged you in future. As for phone holder at motor not in good condition, kinda loose might lost my phone. I use airpods to waze my location.

There is a lift up to the rooms, a backdoor that you can use from 7pm-7am and generally the basics of whatever one needs in the room. Staff were incredibly nice. I checked in at 630pm and they were about to head home but one staff stayed to helped me settled in n show me the back door. Money changing is available here. Also, many printing shops were closed for the 1-2 Oct annual vegetarian festival/prayers (merit-making) and I needed to get travel documents printed. Thankfully the staff can help for a small printing fee! Thank you all!

the hostel is provide iron, washing machine, hair dryer, fridge and the aircond is superb. everyting runs efficiently! infront of the hostel is lee garden nite market. so easy! u can go to boots inside the mall. maxim also easily to reach. besides the hostel is hamed restaurant. and u can pampered urself in massage center beside the hostel. very easy! hostel got lift so no worry. recomended. owh ya. i love the shower creammmm. wangi sangat aircond pun besar gilaaa

the scenery from the balcony is not nice. but ok jeee not a big deal.

This is our second stay here. We only took 1 night. Our plan to extend stay was hampered by the rain. So easy to get tuk tuk. All within walking distance to places we intended to go. The bed is ok large and comfortable. The staff is responsive and easy to communicate. The rate is super cheap. Will come here next year

The room space is quite small for 4 of us to move around. After 7pm no staff on duty and front entrance closes

Comfy bed, very cold aircond, have hot shower, netflix and YouTube, free wifi. Near to lee garden market. They give us free bottle water and tissue every morning.

The entrance after 7 pm is quite uncomfortable. Has a bad smell every time we walk past through it. Plugs are not easy to use. It's hard to charge our phone even though we already bought a universal adapter.

No dedicated parking, but you still can find parking by the road, safe for me for 2 nights Only one key card to enter the room (got one key fob to for main emyrance) No curtain in the shower so water flows into the whole toilet. No 24h reception. Emergency security number is available.

The location is perfect, the night market is just across the hotel. It's so easy to find places to eat or just strolling around. The room is comfy enough just to rest after a tiring exploration and then go out again for a nite trip to 7-11 or nearby food stalls.

Only 1 small tiny bit, a few ants will come if you accidently drop crumbs of biscuit or other food. Just keep it clean and you'll be fine.
