The hotel is nice and comfortable. But it has no lift and not suitable if you bring along senior citizen family members. Situated in the middle of the tourist attraction and behind the building there are some halal restaurants ie. Khaled Restaurant which is always full during breakfast 😥 (we were unlucky because the trip happened during Malaysian school holidays and the Malaysian were abudantly flocking Hatyai during that time) fortunately there are two 7 Eleven nearby so we ended up get some halal quick and easy food from the convenient stores for breakfast before heading out to see the city with Grab or the mini van. At night you can visit the night market near the Lee Garden which is about 1 minute walk from the hotel where you can buy affordable and cheaper souvenirs, gajus/cashew nuts, pistachios and buah berangan/chesnuts. The hotel balcony was super hot with the aircond stuff and engine on it; so it was not suitable place to hang out because of the sound abd the hot blower, but very useful to dry my clothes. We took Sri Maju express bus from Kuala Lumpur and the Sri Maju's head office where the bus drops the passengger is about 4km walk to the hotel 🥵

"Perfect choice, everything was clean, with good public access to the city center. Very spacious rooms and very attentive staff. If most hotels in Hatyai don't provide irons, but this hotel does. The hotel is located near the Lee Garden Night Market (walking distance). Lots of halal restaurant near to hotel (Hamid Restaurant Hatyai, Khaleed restaurant & etc). There are two 7-Eleven stores nearby the hotel. You also may whatsapp Pak Cik Rahman +66817668575, if you want travel with Tuktuk in Hatyai City. He also speaks Malay for Malaysian visitors, and his prices are lower than those of other I've surveyed.

It was spacious and clean. There are two 7e near the hotel. The bed was one of the most comfiest ive ever slept on.

Theres some smell from the bathroom that wont go away. I think its from the drain.

A bit classy, expect less but everything was just fine.

The location , its not near to the busy road so its quiet at night, loved it , would definitely repeat the stay

Just one thing in the room , i dont like how the lights are all orange , i prefer it to be white as orange makes the room looks dull

Very convenient location and staff are very friendly. Room is clean and comfortable.

The soundproofing of the room is not very good, and there will be noise when other guests come in and out and open close the doors.

The unit is clean and comfortable, water pressure is great after a long day out. They provided a standing fan in case the air con is not cold enough. And walking distance to Lee garden shopping mall.

Location is just excellent. Short walking distance to Kim Yong etc, and so many local eats nearby. This is its strongest advantage

There's mosquitoes and ants in the room and the mozzies made me lose some sleep... The windows are shut but I think the mozzies sneaked in from the toilet small window

strategic place, walking distance to place of attraction like lee garden and kim yong market. Asean night bazaar and klong hae floating market have to take grab but still cheap.

Great area to be in. Fantastic staff and wonderful house keeping. Clean and fridge and kettle. Every thing we need. Thank you P- Residence .
