The experience was very satisfying. The hotel is located in a strategic spot, especially at night, where the surrounding area becomes vibrant and interesting to explore. The amenities provided by the hotel were excellent, with all the facilities I needed readily available. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, offering outstanding service from the lobby all the way to the room. I felt truly valued throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the room was also very impressive, and the atmosphere in the room was very comfortable. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay at Lee Garden Plaza Hotel and will definitely choose it again if I visit Hat Yai in the future.

We arrived at 730am, and they managed to let us check in at 900am which is something you don't get of other hotels. There's staff always at the lift to assist you. The rooms are newly renovated and very spacious and comfortable. Good security !

Hot water pressure is very weak and after bath for sometime the hot water will become warm for a minute and went back to normal.

I book the hotel in Jun 25 in mid Jul the staff call n told me that on 17 Aug 25 the hotel is doing air con maintenance so the whole hotel no air con n the will transfer me to Centara is it ok for me and the cost will bear by them. I told them OK when I arrived they remind me again so I told them on 17 Aug 25 I might go outside Hatyai n will be back late they told me no problem when I return they will bring me go over to Centara to do all the registration and they add on Breakfast for me

Strategic location and you will be able to view Hat Yai city from the hotel. The hotel staff are trained to greet and serve customers with smile. Highly recommended.

Lobby on the 10th floor, need to take 2 lifts to reach room

my friends and i thoroughly enjoyed our stay. from allowing early check in to smooth check out. My commendations to the 3 female hoteliers who ensured there's smooth transition from Ground Floor to 10th Floor to Room. They constantly made sure there's lift available whenever a tenant walks through the door. Absolutely smashing experience.

the bathroom counter had dried water stains when i walked in, noticeable but not an issue really.

THE RECEPTION STAFFS ARE VERY CO- OPERATIVE, VERY KIND AND GOOD WORKERS ESP ONE FAIR SKIN WOMAN WHO HEADS THE RECEPTION. I THINK SHE WAS BIT OLDER WEARING SPECTACLE, VERY KIND AND SHE MADE ME VERY SPECIAL TO STAY IN LEE GARDEN ⚘️⚘️♥️♥️👍👍

I think LEE GARDEN MUST SPENT BETTER MONEY IN RENOVATING THE BATHROOM..,IT IS OLD AND COMPLETE RENOVATION WITH MODERN LOOK AND NEW WALL TILES IN THE SHOWER AREA....BRIGHTEN IT UP WITH COLORFUL TILES MAKING BATHROOM CHEERFUL AND FRESH LOOKING 👍👍👍 NO BLACK TILES, PLEASE ❗️❗️❗️ ANOTHER GREAT RENOVATION IS BUILDING MORE BALCONIES LEADING OUT FROM LIVING ROOM. THIS RENOVATION GIVES SPACIOUSNESS AND MODERNISED THE BEDROOM ....,OPEN BALCONY TAKE AWAY TIRED LOOKING BEDROOM. CLOSED GLASS WINDOWS LOOKED LIKE STAYING IN A CLOSED PRISON ❗️❗️❗️ WHY NOT BUILD BALCONY WITH CHAIRS OUTSIDE GIVES FRESH LOOK TO THE BEDROOM⚘️⚘️⚘️

Spacious room, clean, comfortable beds and city view. Check-in and check-out is smooth. Very good international breakfast. Friendly and attentive front desk and lift attendants. Night Market right in front Lee Garden Hotel. Very convenient and safe accommodation.

The road to Lee Gardens Hotel is always congested with traffic. Very busy walking streets, cars and tuk tuk. Too many massage centres along the side walk.

The hotel is very strategic to various amenities around it. The room is clean and also a safety door is available (that can only be opened with our room card) near the lift before we can reach our room door. Staff are also very friendly, polite and helpful.

The hotel can improve on the TV channels. More English spoken movies/series/cartoons/documentary/news should be included around the clock.
