We had the pleasure of staying at a beautifully designed hotel that exceeded my expectations in many ways. The hotel’s aesthetic was modern and thoughtful, with clean spaces that reflected an appreciation for art and design. One of the highlights for me was the library, a quiet haven filled with design and art books—a true treasure for anyone passionate about creativity and culture. The staff were exceptional—polite, attentive, and always ready to assist, which added a welcoming warmth to the experience. The rooms were spacious, with a large, comfortable bed and blackout curtains that ensured restful nights. The bedding was immaculately clean. The location was another plus—close to everything yet surprisingly quiet, offering the best of both worlds.

However, I did find one drawback: the bathroom setup. It’s not a separate room, and the ventilation could use improvement. Occasionally, unpleasant odors would emanate from there, which slightly detracted from the otherwise excellent room experience.

The room is so nice. The hotel is beautiful in the middle of the city. Affordable price with great value. The room is just nice for 2 people. Also it has an imac in the room. All amenities included, they also provide water bottles and canned drinks. It also has cafe downstairs but it is not halal (for muslim). For parking, you can park at the back of the hotel and its free!! The staff are so nice and kind. The check in and check out process so smooth. No need to wait for a long time. This is the best hotel ive ever stag. Thank you for the excellent service

My favourite part about this hotel is it's architecture that has a cool combination of modern artistic design with plenty of lush greenery. It's almost like a small paradise hidden in the city of Hat Yai. The free snacks inside the fridge was a very nice touch too. The room was quite spacious and it has an elevator (important for traveller with heavy luggages like us!). I also quite like the cafe library where you get to chill and talk to locals as well as other guests staying at the hotel.

I just wish it had a swimming pool. But other than that, the hotel is fantastic!

The hotel is nice with trees giving a comfort and nice atmosphere. However I stayed in twin room whereas I don't very much like its layout that the toilet is near my bed!! I don't feel comfortable on sleeping!!! I would prefer shower was closed to my bed rather toilet. Otherwise they should be turn to opposite side. Overall, it is very nice and lovely hotel. Restaurant serve a nice food and good value of money as well coffee with space for relaxing.

Great Hotel mostly incredible staff , fantastic restaurant food ,congrats to the Chef and Reception staff. extremely well appointed very clean large rooms. One of the best hotels we have stayed in , will come again there was even an Apple Computer in our room for us to use - Fantastic touch.

What spoiled our time here was the service , sorry , lack of service (not) provided by the restaurant waitresses, who rarely got off their phones and out of there seats , had to be prompted to service the needs of diners and were plainly uninterested - pity - cause the restaurant is great on all other levels - especially the food quality and presentation. We would have purchsaed more food and drinks but nobody was intrerested to take our orders. Will stay here again but would eat elsewhere due to the night restaurant waitress staff.

This was my fifth time at the Habita Hat Yai. We drive to Thailand a few times every year and each time we stopover for one night on both legs before heading up north to either the East or West Coast. It has become a familiar stop for us and almost like. a second home in Hat Yai. We have tried other hotels with more central locations but the Habita's layout, vibe, rooms and overall feel trumps the rest. And also great value for money, especially the suites.

Everything was solid. I loved the motorbike display in the lobby! The room was very warm and cozy. Regular maintenance was evident. They kindly agreed to store my luggage on the last day after I checked out, allowing me to explore the city freely before picking up my bags and heading to the airport.

I was disappointed to find out that the rooftop was under construction. It would have been helpful if guests had been notified or emailed beforehand to manage expectations.

The rooms were tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident, from the plush bedding to the well-designed bathroom amenities.

the location is perfect, near to the every place that I want to visit in Hatyai. the bed was good, the toilet and bathroom was perfect. the complimentary drink and snack were good. the tv is full of channel, they even have Malaysia channel makes me feel at home! haha.. The place is nice, not too crowd, they will clean your room even though you don't even tell them to do so. I will definitely come back to this hotel if I'm in Hatyai

There were mosquitos in the room and the aircond a bit slow to cool down the room maybe its because of the weather is quite hot. There's no private car park if you are driving your own car but you can park alongside of the road, but don't worries because the guard will always there at night to take care of it. so no worries, stay in The Habita, enjoy your holiday

We had a wonderful stay at The Habita Hatyai! The hotel offers a chic and modern design, with rooms that are both stylish and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is convenient, close to street food markets that are the true key attraction of Hat Yai. We especially appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the property. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Hatyai!
