We went on a 3d2n trip the room was spacious clean and beautiful. We took a standard room round bed one . Above the bed is mirror so it's recommended for couples. The bed might be a bit small especially if you're tall but overall it's comfortable.Bathroom was spacious and clean and had a heater. Our room also had a balcony that was very nice. The staff were friendly and they could speak English. Mineral water bottle will be restocked everyday u can find bottle outside the room near the door.No extra charges Big mirror, working refrigerator, cupboard.Remember to bring universal plug because all the sockets are for 2 pin only . 500bhat deposit

The private parking is very steep Incase you're planning to bring your own car and it's lowered than be careful . There is also roadside parking there can park there also.

I liked the spacious room, the comfortable beds, the view from the balcony, the location and the friendly staff who were so kind and helpful to us when we didn't have TBH and I couldn't withdraw money from my bank account. They trusted us to pay the next day which we did. The ladies at the reception helped with calling a tuk tuk.for us a few times and also were happy to help with travel arrangements.

I didn't like the ants in the bathroom.

I love the big room with round bed. It was cozy, clean and comfortable! It was located not too far from the main attraction and the location was strategic because it’s not located near main road so you can sleep peacefully. Toilet have bidet and water pressure very good. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I ask room cleaning every day and they did it properly.

The room is very spacious and comfortable! It's even have the balcony ❤️ Love the staffs there where they're always greating guest with smile.

I guess it's common at Thailand hotel that they're not provided iron and water boiler inside the unit. But overall it's nice stay!

I love its clean, friendly and helpful staffs, can use kettle at the lobby area .. the location is not so far from the town and quiet.. very safe.. we can go back late at night.. the staff give us early check in as it was weekdays (room available).. new building, i love its new design hotel not old like some hotels. Convenient to park the scooter at the basement. Everything is perfect and value for money, its hard to find a hotel at this price that has a balcony and basement carpark.

Room was spacious, walking distance to Hatyai big market Ang Kim Yong market. Surrounding areas of hotel a lot eateries, parking lots available lower floor. Staffs were friendly and always with 😊.

Room with one round bed, it looks great but not practical sometimes 😉, if both of you were tall, then the length at the bed was short at side.

The room was spacious with clean & comfortable bed/ linens.

Insufficient hotel parking but we managed to park by the roadside. Have to drive to many all tourist attractions. There’s a karaoke pub near the hotel which operates until after midnight.

F-riendly staff esp the lady on reception counter. Very quick to get a tuktuk for us. H- otel is a bit old. Dont expect new design of deco. But it is fine. All functioning

Car park is too steep. Luckily i drive a 4x4. If ur car gets lowered then u must consider parking out if the basement. If no means it will be nughtmare
