It's nearby most places in Hatyai. Ada 2 7E within walking distance. Halal restaurant pun banyak nearby hotel. The hotel also provides free flow snacks, bread, coffee & tea that is available 24 hours. Nak refill water pun ada Coway water dispenser available. Room was clean and ada water heater, mineral bottle provided in the room. Towel and basic amenities pun ada. Paling best, hotel provide iron dekat common area so tak risau. Plug dah siap dengan adapter so in case terlupa yours, tak risau dah.

Nothing much but if you want to come, you may confirm first the room type you choose located in same building or not. Otherwise, it will be located in the next building with no elevator.

Very good location. All main places are nearby. Room was clean and the bed is comfortable. Can get bread and drinks anytime at the lobby. Overall it was a nice stay.

The room size is a bit small. Very limited place to keep bags and things. It will be nice if the existing normal TV is replaced with smart TV so that it will be easy to browse youtube and others. One main issue is the TV is not placed right in front of the bed. The TV is on the side of the bed. It was difficult to lie on bed and watch TV.

We stayed in a well-designed family room (actually two adjoining double rooms so that we had two bathrooms) with a comfortable double bed in one and a bunk bed in the other. The bathrooms were small but clean and looked newly refurbished. Although the individual rooms were small we had enough space for our things. The staff were friendly and polite, particularly the two ladies who clean and make up the rooms. Although the guesthouse doesn't provide breakfast there is a tea/coffee station in reception with complimentary toast and snacks.

The bathroom is a Thai-style wet room and also quite small so the floor of the bathroom will become wet after a shower. This didn't bother us but might not be to everyone's taste.

Located on a quiet street, no loud noises at night from the neighbourhood. Close to restaurants and walkable to night markets. Clean rooms and have amenities like hairdryer, soap, shampoo, fridge, kettle. Lovely common area with nice vibes. Housekeeping was great, they change towels daily and bedsheets second daily. They also provide free toast, coffee, ovaltine and biscuits. There is also good water pressure and hot water. There is no separation wall in bathroom and toilet but air ventilation is reasonably good, water on the floor dries up after a short while

We stayed in a triple room, one double bed and 2 single bunk beds. Bunk beds mattress was a bit firm, was a bit uncomfortable after sleeping on it a while. However, double bed mattress was comfortable and not as firm. Pillow and bedsheets were good and comfortable.

The first thing that we noticed was it's cleanliness and the good smell of all the rooms that we booked. We received fresh towels delivered on our doorstep every day even if we didn't asked for it. Guests can enjoy complimentary coffee or Milo or Milk and toast located in the lobby everyday, all day! Location wise, it's very well situated in the small alley where you can enjoy peaceful and quiet environment not so far to all the necessities that we need like market, restaurants, and even laundry shops. Staffs are very accomodating and fun. They also have motorbikes for rent in a very affordable price. I will highly recommend this place to other travelers looking for a good, clean and cozy place to stay in Hat Yai.

The location is very strategic, at the centre of Hatyai City. Most of interesting places is within walking distance. Staffs are helpful, bed is comfy and room is clean. Facilities and amenities are good. Perfect option for travellers.

The only negative thing is, there is no lift for the building we're living in. But still, doesn't affect our experience that much. And for a suggestion, probably better to add microwave for guest's use in the common area/lobby.

Everything met the expectation(room, cleanliness, location and even the staff is helpful), however we were not aware the room will be on the next door building that is without elevator. My take is to ask the room location before booking, will it be in a building with elevator or not, cause the building where the receptionist is have elevator. luckily i didn't bring a luggage, otherwise it will be a let down, cause i didn't expect the room to be without elevator.

Rooms well laid out. Lift to get up. Mosquito repellent installed in each room. Aircon works well and is quiet. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Kids loved the bunk beds. Free bread, snacks, coffee and tea. Nice large hang out area at entrance. Located on a quiet street. Loads of good food option and 2 Seven Elevens around the corner.

The insulation of the room, staying near the lift and stairs you can hear people coming in at night. But this is a very minor issue.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful, the room was spacious and suitable for my family of 2 adults and 2 children. There were plenty of power outlets. The hotel also provided light snacks. The week we visited Hatyai, there was a food festival for two days – there was a wide variety of food and it was very happening. The hotel was also close to shopping places like Lee Garden and Kim Yong Market. I will come again!

the staff is very helpful. Be careful to book the rooms. there are room with no lift provided. READ the information given. I came with my parents. I accidently booked the room without lift and it is on 3rd floor. But the staff kindly assist other room but i have to add more money. Overall it was nice stay. There are nearest 7e and restaurants near the hotel.

The location is a bit busy. There are times jammed the way to the hotel. But it is still bearable. The room is a bit small.
