This is an unpretentious hotel that delivers excellent value. The position is excellent and we walked a lot from hotel , using grab taxis the rest of the time, rooms were clean and equipped with airconditioning and a kettle. Breakfast was the same each day and not very much choice, but there was actually breakfast included at this price and tea and coffee were available 24 hrs. For the price they charge i am unable to fault U Hat Yai and would not hesitate to rebook should I return to the city

The location is ideally central in Hatyai city. Lots of famous restaurants in the walking distance from the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The internet was good, and the parking space right next to the building made it very convenient to access. The breakfast and all-day tea/coffee service was very good. We had a lovely stay there before hopping off on the train over to Malaysia.

The night shift staff wasn't there after we checked in. Understandable if they were short staffed during late hours. The room wasn't very soundproof as we could hear screaming kids from the room nearby in the evenings.

Pleasant stay. Check in and out was a breeze. Staffs are all polite, cheerful and accomodating. Rooms are big and the beds are comfortable . We love the location as it not so crowded and noisy as compared to those at Lee Gardens. There lots of eateries around. We found a very yummy beef noodle restaurant just about 800m from hotel. Love the nearby morning market, so many stalls displaying their wares and food, really interesting. We ladies found a quaint shop selling beautiful blouses and that makes our day. There are lots of tuk tuk around if we want to venture further.

I would prefer the bath towels to be folded rather than making it into a swan design . Hand soap should be provided without having to ask for it.

My stay at Hotel U Hatyai was excellent! The room was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. The only thing I found slightly off was the price-performance ratio, but overall, it was still a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

However, for the price, I have stayed in better hotels before. Still, overall, it was a nice experience.

New rooms, clean, functional with some attention to details. Very friendly and accommodating team at reception. Of course not a five star hotel but on top of the crop for this price range. Am a big bike driver and parking is available, the team arranged a cordon of security around the parked bike at night, impressive, thank you. Will come again

A bit hot in day time

Strategic location! Lee Garden is just 650m away accessible on foot. Ample parking space. We stayed during CNY when there was CNY festival just nearby. Yet, the night was not too noisy and we had good sleep ☺️

Some may think the breakfast is too simple but for us, the complimentary breakfast is just enough. Free flow coffee is provided, so nothing much to complaint?

Great location for our 2 night stay. Fantastic selection of street food & restaurants on same street or within 5 mins walk. Clean, modern hotel, fast & efficient check in after a long day travelling. Air conditioning worked fantastically quickly. Not the largest room we have stayed in, but never unpacked so not a problem for 2 nights. Simple but adequate breakfast, perfect start to the day if you plan to eat your way around the city! Great value!

Bed a little on the firm side for me. Needed to put a sticker on the AC light during the night as it lights the whole room. As you can see, no real problems.

Love open-air private parking spots, very convenient just adjacent to hotel and easy for us to unload luggages especially we came in big family group. Rooms are very clean too, with free breakfast (although just a basic porridge & toast, coffee) made our stay so perfect. Receptionist who checked us in and check out is very helpful and friendly too.

Wish that location is nearer to market area as we had baby and old folks so prefer as shopping area and massage shops anywhere nearby within 5mins walking distance. Not easy to grab TukTuk but luckily we had a local resident there helped us to call Tuk Tuk.
