Strategic Location. Walking distance to massage centre, Hemp Shop, 7-eleven, Lee Garden Plaza. Road to Kaitod Decha is only straight on the left side of hotel exit. Pretty reasonable for unmarried people or couples without children who don't complain about heights of the storey. Don't expect much. The owner although ethnically a Thai-Chinese, speaks proper Malay Language Dialect from Sungai Golok region. Motorcycle rental costs THB 300 per day. No need to pay deposit.

He didn't renewed the motorcycle roadtax. We got sued by authorities and he is willing to take only pay cut up to the remaining amount of rental difference from the summon tickets.

Firstly, the location cannot be beaten as it's just 8-10 mins walking distance to Kim Yong market, to Lee Gardens night spots. The street that Get Guest house is situated is quiet, and is filled with street food selling cheap, tasty food. 7-11 is just around the corner on the main street which has lots more restaurants. The host is friendly and chatty. I highly recommend this place for your 2-3 stay in Haadyai

Nothing to complain at the price range.

I like the location of the hotel, which is within walking distance to eateries and 7-11 outlets. The receptionist is also helpful and welcoming. The room is equipped with TV, mini bar, writing desk and chair and also air conditioner. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay here.

The rusty bed frame can be repainted, and the mattress can be upgraded to a thicker mattress.

Everything is enough. Good enough for the price they offer. The location is also very strategic. Near with places to eat and two 7 eleven by walking distance. The owner is very friendly. He even helped sending me off to train station by his electric bike. If you like EDM music, he’s actually a great DJ.

Near to kim yong market (walking distance around 2 minutes). Owner really friendly! There is two 7-Eleven available also (walk distance 200m).

Beware that the stairs are to steep. For a young travellers should be not a problem, but its a bit difficult for old people.

Location was fantastic, just a stone throw away from Kim Yong market.

The climb up the narrow stairs can be difficult for those with knee problems.

The guesthouse is located in the Chinatown part of Hat Yai and is within very short walking distance to many restaurants, food courts, food stalls, and other shops. Rin (the owner of this guesthouse, I guess) was very nice and hospitable.

Clean and comfy bed sheet, A/C and water heater are working properly. Very helpful and friendly staffs. Nice location, many restaurants, street vendors and convenient stores nearby. Great stay.

A quiet place. A suitable budget hotel for solo travellers. A good water pressure. A good location.

Perhaps can provide more toiletries.
