- the bathtub have stains and hair, we just turn on the tub water and let it flow out - minibar was not cold enough

Facilities a bit old but well maintained. Shower in the bath is rather dangerous. Better to remove the out-of-date bath tub.

I am a muslim . I love this hotel because of the location. This hotel is Next to 2 halal shop , ayuthaya and khaled. Across the road is 7 -11. Then there s another 7 -11 . Lee garden is just 2 block away. Mixue is next to khaled . Ayuthaya and khaled is always full. Just go to 7 11 and buy CP burgers . Ask 7 11 staff to reheat . I prefer lee garden nite market compared to asean nite market. This hotel area is prefect for famili. The road is not busy conpared to lee garden. Lee garden is in busy road and noisy

I am so happy and satisfied experience with the hotel. Everything was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful. We managed to check in early with connecting room available. We stayed for 3 days 2 nights. Our room was been clean after we back from shopping. Very easy to find halal food. We just walk to Lee Garden Night market and having a good massage nearby with hotel. Eventhough parking is limited but we managed to park our car all the time.

The location. It was near to 7–11 and Lee Garden. It was easy for us to get food. The front desk was very helpful and friendly.

The old cleaning lady who scolded us when we informed there were no towels in our rooms. She came into my room, scolding us and checking to see if we were wrong. Then, when no towels were to be seen, she gave us the towels that she brought along. I think that is kind of rude of the cleaning lady to behave like that to hotel guests. We did not simply request extra items.

Location is good. Near halal restaurant. Walking distance to Lee Garden area. I have book and stay at this hotel 3 Times. Room comfortable. Pressure pipe in bathroom fast. FYI, i book for the date 18/2 - 20/2. But can't make it due to emergency matter and we manage to change the date to 2/3 - 4/3. Thank you Golden Crown Hotel.

This hotel didn't provide iron. For ladies be prepare. Looks like water in bathroom slowly out from the hole if we using more water. Overall ok

Aircond can be improved as it takes bit time to chill No iron provided Prefer if Staff ask customers before they do daily room cleanup as I didn't request but they did. Just worried if we left any valuable items in room and go missing as it will be troublesome for all parties

Friendly and helpful staff. Was there even when we had to checked out very early in the morning. Very strategic location, easy access and walking distance to halal restaurant for breakfast, Lee Garden, Kim Yong Market & 7e.

There is smell of cigarette in the room. The shower head is a little bit rusty.

The hotel area has many taxis making it easy to go anywhere. Halal restaurants are only next to the hotel. 7e has 2 near the hotel area.

The room lights are not bright enough because they use yellow lights. The pillows provided are only 2 for the king bed.

The room is quite big. Not so far from the shopping area. The receptionist at the desk counter is very friendly. There is only one thing that makes me not so satisfied is that earlier that day i requested extra bed. The bed were sent when my family and i were not inside the room. They were supposed to ask me first before they sent the extra bed. Because is not good to enter the customer room without their permission. Besides that im very happy with the room i stay. They have both bath tub and shower.
