This is my second time in this hotel. The room big, maintain clean and tidy. The staff still maintain friendly and helpful, can speak well English, help us bring our luggage until the room and tour the room how to use the air-conditioned, the mini bar water and the snacks are free to provide to us, and which places can park our car. They also provide thai words address to us so can easy us, if we want to take tuk tuk or taxi just show to drive bring us go back hotel,and provide the maps where can find 7-11 or foods. They really treat us very well. Will come back again when I come back to hatyai.

Don't have lift so need to camp up stairs to the room, but before booking the websites already written don't have lift,and the staff also massage us to inform us again.

The room was very nice! Super comfy, very clean and tidy, and very spacious! The pillow was so fluffy and the bed was very comfortable to sleep on. The receptionists were also very friendly and helpful! Always with a smile on their faces and were always keen to help you. One time I left my phone in a grab, and the the receptionist there was very quick to assist me in retrieving the phone back. There’s a cafe attached to the restaurant and i think any of you who are planning to stay here should at least try one of their drinks. I tried the orange americano and it was out if this world! The price was also very affordable. There was also a 7 eleven within walking distance of the hotel. About 200 meters which is very nice and convenient. Great for you to enjoy the rarity of the products from the store. All in all, it was a very great experience for us! We will seriously consider staying here again if we ever coming back to Hat Yai.

Comfortable room, cozy environment and everything is well kept and cleanliness is tip top The toiletries, drinking water and condiments is sufficient enough

The location is a bit off from city center by manageable by grab The facilities didn't have elevator The steps is to short so my feet have to accend or descend slightly slant to the sides The is also area on the steps without railing

The hotel team provided the best service. Serve foods and drinks to the room. We are extremely happy

Only the lighting bit dim and no mirror . Only the bathroom had one mirror use to make up all🫠 To get tuk tuk very hard otherwise all good

everything is just more the perfect. Staff is amazing and they even arranged for me the next leg of my vacation helping saving a lot of money. location, bed, the coffee shop, air conditioning, the decor and design. This is easily comparable to 5 star hotel in Italy. Thank you so much for making my stay a wonderful time. grazie! will come back

Very stylish & convenient. Great security with access card.

Rooms are located from 1st floor onwards with no elevator as they have informed earlier in the page. Therefore might not be suitable for people with limited mobility. Other than that, all good.

Super friendly and attentive staff (kudos to the two hardworking ladies at the front desk). The whole place is so clean.

The toilet water pressure and temperature can be improved. It was too low and hot especially during the day.

The room was extremely clean and the staff amazingly friendly and helpful. The café in the lobby has very good beverages with normal prices.
