We took the family room and it was huge, clean. The aircon was amazing and it was a very short walk to the famous lee gardens night market but on a quiet street so you don't get disturbed. In house massage was available and tuk tuk parked outside. All in all it was a most fantastic find! Free easy to use wifi

The receptionist checking us in at first was unfriendly with no smile but after checking us in, she became a different person. Weird but everyone else was helpful and attentive. Checkout was a breeze. No answer to messages via booking.com though.

The receptionist very good and polite. Allowed us to check in earlier ..upon our arrival at 12pm instead of the check in time 2pm

The hotel reception was very helpful and accommodative with our requests for the rooms. We booked 5 room, requested for connecting rooms and on same floor. The rooms are a bit old but quite clean and the air cond is cold enough. The bed is comfortable, especially the double bed which is big. Good location, within walking distance from the town centre but away enough from the hustle and bustle of the noise and activities.

The wash basin in a couple of rooms were clogged when we checked in but they fixed it once we reported. Should have proper maintenance and I believe housekeeping should have known when they clean the room and reported it instead of the guest reporting it.

The bell boy is very friendly, he even gives us directions short cuts to the night market, and the cleaner lady also very good and friendly.

Can add iron in each room or at least when guests ask at the front desk.

Hotel is clean and room is spacious. Very happy can get connecting room.

Stay at room 910 (A) twin room - no place to hang cloths & Towel at Shower Room. No rack to put toiletries at shower place, you got to put your toiletries on the floor.

But sometime the toilet have a bed smell and the housekeping very rude when i ask to make up the room

Good value and good location. Within 3 min walk to night market, food and 5-7 min walk to many entertainment establishment. Clean and staff were polite and helpful.

Location of the hotel. Very near to Lee Garden. Also, just walking distance with train station.

The room vibe. It feel like old hotel. Maybe, can renovate to suit with younger generation.

Spacious and clean room. Comfortable king size bed, toiletteries, kettle and hair dryer are provided inside the room. Location is very good for first time travelling in Hatyai, close to everything.

Staff are puzzled when asked a few questions regarding directions and places. Their command of English is poor and unable to reply and communicate well.
