They offer hot water all day, but for some strange reason, there is only coffee powder available until 11:00 AM, so you still need to bring your own. They refused to give a second key, so if you were out alone, you would need to contact reception each time to let you into the building (you need a key to get into the building). !!! one day after cleaning the room they did not lock the door of the room (and there is no safe deposit box) !!!

Nice place, very friendly staff, clean. They clean rooms every day per your request. Close to stores,laundry, local restaurants and local market.

The price for the hotel is high ,compared to the similar hotels in Thailand . Hotel located far away from the closest beach but if you have a car or moto bike it’s ok.

Good value. Clean. Big mid size refrigerator. Covered parking with 24hrs security! Good friendly staff. Good location.

Minor issue. Even though wifi routers are very well located, somehow our room couldn't get wifi. Good thing that we had unlimited sim card. Other guests we talked to, they had no issues with the wifi. The staff offered to change the room closer to the router but it was no big deal since we had unlimited sim. Other than this, everything was good.

Very clean room, friendly and competent staff! Not much but enough room for the free parking under the building. The Sun Inn is located in a quiet alley an a shop for alcoholic beverages you can find vis a vis.

Only one chair and also only one bedside table did not match to a nearly perfect room. Ditto a noisy fridge and a balcony with lot of bird excrements.

I recently stayed at a new and clean hotel, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel was simple yet elegant, with a contemporary design that appealed to my taste. I particularly appreciated the inclusion of a sofa bed, which provided additional seating and sleeping options. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the bathroom was spotless. It was evident that the hotel staff took great care in ensuring a hygienic environment for their guests. Another notable aspect was the functioning air conditioning. The room was kept cool, which was a relief during the hot weather. I had no issues with the temperature control, and the air conditioner worked perfectly throughout my stay.

In terms of drawbacks, there was very little to criticize about this hotel. One aspect that could be improved upon was the language proficiency of the staff. Although they were friendly and always wore a smile, their ability to communicate in basic English was limited. This made it a bit challenging to convey certain requests or ask for assistance. However, their warm and accommodating nature made up for this minor inconvenience.

Nice new hotel not far from the Songkhla Universities. Reasonable spacious rooms with tile flooring. Good roomrate for what you get. Hotel reception staff is very nice and helpfull. Lots of eateries around the corner, frequentent by mostly students.

A bit far away from 'The Old Town' and down town Songkhla. But a Grab Taxi will solve this problem.

location is near town, shops, market. we end up having dinner at nearby eatery shop (walking distance)

a bit communication issue that delay the check-in process till he point that the booking when wrong as receptionist keep asking booking# and seems not in the list, then i show my phone few times

I just wish all best to the crew of this hotel. It's great value for staying on that place. Friday morning I should checked-up and go from next city to other place. Because of the taxi issues I can't do it. Finally this great ladies call to very different places and people to find new option. Finally their friend picked me up on local bus station and showed me good place for departing. It was extremely nice and absolutely unexpected. Thank you!

Located in a quiet corner. Going in to town and ko yo both takes about 20 min drive. Spacious room. Good customer service at the reception

Extra single bed is added not proper bed Mattress a bit hard Poor labeling for shower gel and shampoo

The room is spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. The location is good, walkable distance to the morning market and night market. The aircon in our room is not functioning well but the problem is quickly solved.

The bathroom is too dim, should fix a bulb above the mirror.
