We arrived early (before 2pm) and were warmly welcomed with snacks and drinks. The boss showed us where to go for lunch (local eatery) and shared some information around the vicinity as well. You could order drinks (dial from room) from the cafe downstairs and the drinks would be delivered to your room. Pretty good as we ordered some hot drinks in the morning to go with the breakfast (delivered to room). Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfy as well. There's a place round the corner (5min walk) with plenty of youngsters where you could get desserts and supper even after 10pm. Hotel is near the Chalatat Beach, about 4min Grab trip and good for morning walk after breakfast. Almost secluded so you have the whole beach to yourself. Request for the grab driver to drop you near the mermaid statue (start of walk).

Toilet is a bit small and insufficient mirrors (only a small table mirror in the room and one in the toilet). Some steps from roadside to the main entrance so if you have a heavy luggage, that could be an issue. Will be good if part of the stairs convert to slope but this is really minor just suggestion for improvement.

Clean, modern and comfortable. Waking up to a relaxing place for breakfast with choice of local or international main dish is delightful. Staffs are friendly and tried their best to serve customers.

There is no shower curtain, so showering will wet the entire toilet and the wooden toilet door too. Within a kilometre walk to the old town gate is not really far, one has to stroll slowly in the hot and humid Songkhla weather to avoid sweating though.

Easy to find, parking available and a good breakfast on the rooftop is included, staff are very friendly and welcoming. Room is a bit small but clean and comfortable with a good shower and proper amenities. Laundry & Café just downstairs.

Noisy because the hotel is on the main road near a major junction and traffic light, but gets much quieter after 11pm or so. Convenience stores a bit far away.

What a gem of a hotel! I'm so happy I stayed here and I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Songkhla next year. The hotel room was very, very clean and modern. The staff was amazing. One of the best hotel stays I've ever had!

Clean and modern. Nice room and shower. Good location for the bus to/from Had Yai. Good breakfast. Moto taxi outside costs 50B to the ferry across to Singha Narkhon. Worth the trip and a good hike up into the hills to see the ruins. 20 minute walk to the old town.

This boutique hotel satisfies all the needs of a traveler; centrally located, clean, quiet, and an excellent breakfast. The manager Pat and his staff are very professional, friendly, and offer excellent support as required. Thank you very much, and we will meet again on my next trip.

It’s very clean and the staffs were very helpful and attentive.

The first room was too neat to the road, it was very noisy and loud to the point I had to turn up the volume for the tv, but you still can hear them on the background.

Khun Manager Pat and his team are all very professional and provide help when required. The rooms are clean and bright, providing a relaxing space to rest during travel. Thank you very much.
