The staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate us. The room was really big and bed was big and comfortable. Location was good for local restaurants and bars mostly owned by expats. There was a very nice massage place around corner, turn left out hotel take fist left then first right very nice clean and relaxing massage

Although the room was big it was not well thought out. Next to bed no table and sockets high off floor so I had to ask for a small table. Sockets for kettle/ coffee behind to hard to find. Shower head rusty and dirty, toilet flush scratches everywhere needs replacing. Under sink looks like cupboard but only doors so very little shelf for toiletries etc. no soap. Everywhere from reception to hall to b/fast room could do with a good sort out, things dumped everywhere, not tidy. Eggs cold. All these things easily remedied and would make hotel much better

The hotel reminds us of our overseas trip to countries, examples New Zealand as it is like a motel with kitchenette, microwave oven and mini dining table. The room is spacious and the balcony provides a cozy external space. The restaurant with live band next to the hotel did not bother us as we love music and during the time of our visit, the town was windy and we slept with the balcony doors opened. The receptionist (Gan) was very helpful when my husband had a fall and hit his head against the floor - she nursed and provided first aid immediately. This happened on the night of Sunday, 17.12.2023 at about 10.00pm. The seating area next to the fish ponds provides a soothing and peaceful ambience. Breakfast was good and we love just to sit and enjoy the food which is located annexed to the hotel within the same compound. The decorations (greeneries) was exceptional. Staff were very warm and friendly. The buggy service to reach adjacent areas near the hotel including the beach area is excellent.

Everything was perfect here, got plenty of towels, soap, coffee and so on every day. Breakfast was very delicious. Room was very spacious. The best part of our stay was the free transportation they provided for us, it was perfect for exploring Songkhla!

Took some time for the shower to get hot. Would be nice with a clothing rack on the balcony. Buy neither of these things affected my stay.

I like the view for the Room the balcony watching the sunrise nice restaurant next door with live music and free use of the courtesy car to drop off and pick up at your location and only about a 10 minute walk to the beach along the Esplanade with restaurants and entertainment bars

The only downside to the property was that there was no swimming pool

Better than most Thai hotel breakfasts. But like anything it gets old after a week. Maybe mix it up with some made to order omelettes. The ladies that work there are lovely.

You need a bottle opener in the room

The room is spacious and clean. The extra bed requested was comfortable and came with extra pillow and towel. Not a lot of variety for breakfast but it was delicious and warm.

Had to park under the tree because the sheltered parking spots were full

Everything is great!!! The staff were very friendly and helpful... the hotel is modern design and amazing... they even provide halal foods and have direction for kiblat in the room... the breakfast was great too..seriously, This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed.. will come again in future.

Quite a small hotel in a quiet location, just a ten-minute walk to the beach. Beautiful, large, rooms with kitchenette facilities. Very nice breakfast was included in the room rate.

Not really a criticism, but this is a resort predominately for people from the surrounding areas and countries. We were the only westerners there and English is not spoken very well. Not a problem, but be aware and be patient!

Room is clean & comfortable. About 15 mins walk to old town, 18 mins walk to Samila beach. Nearby the hotel, there's a restaurant eat Tim sum & bat kut teh , quite delicious and very friendly and helpful boss.

Second stay in 2 days, really had a good nights sleep here. We would of stayed a 3rd night but it was full so had to move to another hotel.

Air con was a bit temperamental in this room, blowing fast slow cutting off. It was ok though. Still found breakfast a bit odd almost like it's a totally different business or owner running that part.
