The property is right where we wanted it to be. Shop is in walking distance. 3 minutes drive to the beach. Our room is spacious. Flat screen TV with Netflix. Bathtub is huge and clean. Toilet with bidet. Since we drove from Malaysia, parking is a major concern, but they have a lot of parking space. Hotel staff is very helpful with a great knowledge of the area and great recommendation on where to go.

The Qiblat (direction to holy land Mekah for Muslim to pray is not available in the room and staff do not sure about it. As you know many Muslim from local and Malaysian travel to Thailand for holiday, this is important, plus point for hotel.

It was very close to everything in Songkhla, a walking distance. The room was very clean and comfortable, TV was huge and had smart tv functions. The staff was incredibly nice 😊

The breakfast wasn’t really good, on my last day of stay I couldn’t eat it at all. But it’s alright, overall it’s nothing compared to the quality of service provided

The breakfast is awesome. The staffs are friendly. The room is cleaned daily. Overall experience is good. Will come back again if I am ever come back to Songkhla. And will also recommend this hotel to friends and families.

An unfortunate event happened. My friend left his carry bag at the lobby. The staff knew that the bag belong to him as he asked them to look after his bag while he went back upstairs to help me get my luggage. When we left the hotel for the airport, my friend accidentally left his bag. The staff saw the bag and kept it for safekeeping. However they didn't call to inform us. They just keep the bag. We are grateful that they keep the bag safe. But it would be good to call and inform us about it. We missed our flight that day because the passport was in that carry bag. If the staff has the courtesy to call us and inform us, I am sure we would be able to catch our flight.

Clean and comfortable, great coffee from coffee machine at the lobby.

One room toilet flush was not working. It worked once after housekeeping fixed it but spoilt again. No assistance and no room change provided even after requesting.

I have stayed at A List hotel a couple of times as I like the location and the rooms here. The rooms are cleaned and spacious. The team of staff are very helpful and friendly.

There should be a handheld shower in the shower cube as well.

The staff were incredible. We got caught during the floods and decided to leave Songkhla earlier than first intended. The staff organised transport and checked up with us even though there was uncertainty as to whether we could travel or not due to roads being flooded. They were also helping other guests. They really went above and beyond to help the guests. The room was clean, comfortable and had lovely views when it wasn’t raining.

The breakfast could have been better organised with a wider variety of foods.

Everything. The room was spacious. There's TV with netflix, oven, fridge, kettle, plates n cutleries. In short its perfect. Bed is very comfortable. There's even a rather fancy 4 legged bathtub in the shower room. Hotel located very near seaside.

Large room and bathroom, cleanliness, nice staff and good location.

Pillows were too soft and thin. My husband and I had to pay for extra pillows.
