Price is excellent for what you get. A/C, clean, large, everything works. Great place for a one or two night stop over. The room decor is basic, but you're not paying Ritz prices. Excellent location 1 minute walk from the railway station. Songtheaws are at the station for a cheap journey to the bus station. Perfect. Reception sell instant coffee, milk and sugar sachets with provided hot water for your early morning caffeine 'fix'.

Absolutely nothing.

It's a great place to stay one or few nights in the center of Trang. Rooms are rather spacious and comfortable. The design is old so the hotel has a little bit of a dusty vibe but it's my second time staying here and I cannot complain. There is a little fridge in each room and fully functioning AC. The water heater works properly and the bed is super comfy. The neighbourhood is quiet but expect some train honk and beep sounds in the morning. Night market in the weekends right around the corner. Inernet connection outstanding. Hotel staff super nice.

It would be nice to have an electric kettel in the room.

Station hotel's strong point is its location. It's just about 200-m away from the train station. On Fridays and the weekend, the front of the train station doubles as a night market. There are two morning markets within the area. A few metres away is the old town area of Trang. Christ Church (a Trang landmark) is also nearby. This is a no frills hotel, with very friendly staff. The cleaner was very kind to me, and always sees to it that my room is stuffed with the essentials they provide, including two bottles of water daily. Snacks and cold beverages are available for sale at the front desk.

The wifi in my room is not excellent, but it's more of a position problem. There are places in the room where the connection is spotty. However, if in the right location, the wifi is good enough for one to carry on with a video-conference call via Zoom.

It’s quite nice budget option. They have a car parking with roofs. We stayed at the highest floor(Thanks for elevators). The sunset view is nice too. It’s very close to Trang station(you can take pics of Trang’s symbol of Tuk Tuk).

Inside the room, it’s not good working wifi. Just open the door, it’ll be ok. So it doesn’t matter. Don’t put your sweets on the table, it could be ants there.

I was pleasantly surprised with how impeccably clean the premises are, for an old building, the tiles literally shine, and the bathrooms are also super clean. Its a little dated, but its authentic and value for money. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and I was able to wash laundry onsite for 20b, and utilize the top floor covered drying area, this was a massive bonus made me like the place more. Water refill & Hot Water Coffee station in the Lobby, there is motor bike hire near by, and a great stop point to explore Trang

Room was huge! Clean and comfortable. More like a motel, with each room opening onto and outside corridor. Staff were friendly, and randomly gave me a banana when I got back one evening. Access to hot water for drinks in the reception area.

Don't think the place sees many English speaking tourists but that was no problem for me. Just something to be aware of if travelling solo and look for social places.

This hotel exceede my expectations. Rooms is very big with AC and fan, comfortable bed and two desks in case you have to work with your computer. There is a TV also we used to watch movies. Also, there is a mini fridge and hot water. Staff would clean the room every day and leave us bottles of water. Location is great, near the train station, walkable distance to a lot of markets, tuk tuks just round the corner. Wi fi worked great.

Price quality is probably the best we had in Thailand, it is clean en well situated (roti around the corner very good, many dim sum in area) Big clean room, with necessary facilities, fridge, tv, water and cleaning every day.

Not very accessible for less mobile people. To use the elevator, you need to mount stairs and it stops in between floors (so again stairs). It's not fancy, but what do you expect for this price.

Location is excellent, very close to the train station. Lots of markets and eateries near by. Room was very large and had a fridge and lots of surface space. Downstairs there was indoor and outdoor seating and the hotel sells cold drinks and snacks at a very good price. Staff are very friendly and helpful and WiFi is good. Free bicycles are available which we used to go to nearby sights. Good value, would stay again.

Old style Thai hotel in the centre of Trang! Huge room for a very good price,very nice budget place to spend your night before going to your destination. 2 minutes walking to the train station or 10 minutes from the bus station(grab price 80-90baht)
