Room was very spacious, bed was very comfortable, staff was very kind, nice location, you can walk to the park, breakfast was looking good but very limited options for vegans, there are shops and other services nearby, very clean, modern design

Limited options for breakfast for vegans, I was hoping to see tofu everywhere.. but it's actually not that common

Breakfast was very good and staff helpful, room and bathroom clean and hotel has lockbox and elevator. Location was good because we like to walk and close to lake.

People were loud late at night and this could be heard through the door and walls.

Room is super clean and comfy. Breakfast is ok. Its near the park in a quiet area.

Staff could speak a little English or at least make an effort to communicate with non Thai tourists.

The restaurant only does breakfast now though there is reference to it in the hotel description as a restaurant. This is a significant lack...no place to sit in the evening for a meal or drinks

We were satisfied with our stay. We found the outdorr area particularly beautiful with the small pond with the koi and the beautiful plants

The bed was not okay. It was very creaky wenn moving.

I love the aesthetic of this hotel, it is very clean, and the outside area is beautiful. It is walking distance from a big park.

They had a cheap air freshener in the bathroom, which made the room smell so bad, also the air conditioner was off when I entered the room, and it was hot inside, lol I thought my girlfriend was going to put me in the dog house after that one. I was able to resolve the smell pretty quickly by opening the window, but they should really invest in better air fresheners, seems like a low cost solution because that cheap one smelled like bug spray, it's just unbecoming for a place that could be very romantic.
