Despite the language barrier (and thank goodness for translation apps!) the staff were mostly helpful and friendly. Everything seemed to work smoothly, from being collected at the airport by the free shuttle to being dropped off back at the airport, which made for an enjoyable, trouble free and relaxing stay.

For a vegetarian, I found the breakfast buffet quite limited. However, in case you miss it, there is a kiosk just outside the rear door where the chef will cook omelettes to order. The restaurant menu was also limited for vegetarians but the chef kindly allowed me to order slightly "off menu" to widen my options.

The room was large, comfortable, and clean. It was quiet, and I rested well. The internet was good and there was a large parking lot available. The staff were friendly. The bed was very comfortable. I will stay here again when travelling to Udon.

The only negative thing is that it's a little far out of the way. It is near the airport, so if you get an airport shuttle it's convenient. I was driving, and it was a little far, but well worth it.

I have asked for money change once I arrive .. but the receptionist once saw my money in MYR then said cannot change … not sure what’s the purpose of keeping Thai bath at reception? Is this not for money exchange? Than I have I asked one my Thai friend to talk with the receptionist so can transfer the money though by bank in but the receptionist told us no cash but I saw the cash earlier.. errmm just because of the money matter I unable to enjoy my night the hotel bar for drink ..

Everything. I have stayed at the hotel several times and will continue to do so. The staff are extremely polite and friendly, the place is cleaned inside and outside to a high standard. The pool, although small , is ideal for a relaxing swim and some sunbathing after. But I suppose the best thing is the price which I believe is absolute value for money.

The only thing that irritated me was the Thai Air Force roaring occassionally across the airfield with their engines on full blast but that is not the hotels fault.

I like the atmosphere of the hotel. There are lot of trees which made the area calm and cool. Enough space in the room with balcony where one can sit and relax. Staff are friendly. Breakfast composed of both Thai and Westerner style, including salad and fruits. However, Thai food was a bit sweet, will be good to reduce sugar or MSG. Not far from city center and airport. Very convenient.

No elevator. Not suitable for elderly peoples who have knee problem. TV signal was weak.

Great to see an old school hotel surviving post covid with great amenities and service still offered, with a clean environment. Many didn’t sadly and are run right down with little service but this one is going great. Pool was welcome after a long ride, and breakfast of the highest quality offered.

A little out of the way, but plenty of food options within walking distance and next to the airport, but not many flights disturbing you

Breakfast was adequate. Staff were very helpful given the waited until I had sufficient funds in the bank a/c the day after arrival.

The breakfast area became a restaurant at nighttime with solo singer/guitarist followed by a 4 piece band. the soloist was very good but then had to wait a hour for the band. Lead singer and lead guitarist could not hit a high note and the bass guitarist did not smile. The bar attendant would not accept debit card as payment would be under 500 baht.!Had to pay the next morning.

Nice, clean and spacious rooms. A good choice in asian/western style breakfasts. The restaurant wasn't expensive and served good lunch and dinner. The free shuttle to and from the airport and central bus station. The pool was a nice touch allthough I didn't use it very much. Wifi was OK. The friendly, helpful staff.

The distance to central Udon Thani. But there is a free shuttle to the bus station which is very much in the city center.

The location is ideal for me and only 10 minutes from the city centre. Thr room has improved, the view of the pool is great and the pool itself is fantastic. Everybody that works there is so polite and they can't do enough for you. I used the restaurant quite a few times this time and found the food excellent and reasonably priced.

They are doing a lot of improvements to the hotel at the moment, which is to their credit but at times it was a bit noisy and dirty but it is a small price to pay for the improvements.

Excellent room with pleasant pool view. The whole site is kept meticulously clean and tidy by an eagre and enthusiastic workforce always willing to please. Extremely good value for money. Pool area is a real suntrap and brilliant place to relax.

My only issue and no fault of the hotel is the daily jet noise from the nearby Thai Air Force practicing their drills.
