Fast check-in Clean & big room - this hotel did the basics very well ALL staff were friendly & said "Hello" to me - appreciated Breakfast was delicious, plentiful with a decent choice I appreciated the collection from airport - thank you I'd happily stay here again If you're looking for the latest/designer/flashy/modern hotel - this isn't it - e.g. The WiFi router is on the bed-side cabinet & there's a bible-equivalent about Budda in the bed-side drawer to name a just a few However, as a first time customer, I enjoyed my stay & felt well looked after which surely is what staying in a hotel should be all about I hope my review in a years time will be as positive......

I sent three emails (to the email address showing on the hotel website) about a double-booking but got no reply?

Really nice room..not that big but clean and nicely done. Nice feel to hotel, original and lots of unusual decorations as you go floor to floor.. Reception lady really nice and helpful

5 th floor no lift .. not great after long trip and two heavy cases lol. Reception lady offered to help. No kettle....hate that...I think a kettle is an absolute basic but many not have . Breakfast included in small restaurant next door. Only certain items included but as I don't speak Thai I picked options that were not included 😂. Very cheap so no big deal and was nice and fresh.

The hotel was in a good location. The room good size with a great bathroom. Was quiet. The swimming pool was a bonus. Would stay again.

The only thing that let the hotel down was the breakfast I stayed a month and the brewis the same every day. And the worst thing the girl cooked many fried eggs and they were freezing cold every day .

Ideal location, only 10 minute trip to airport, approx 35 mins to border from Laos. We only stayed overnight but the room was large and comfortable with good Aircon and hot water. Would have liked to stay a bit longer. Great value for price.

Nothing to dislike really. We had an early flight had to leave 5.30 so unable to try breakfast and their airport shuttle started at 6.30 so had to make own arrangements but that's fine can't really expect 24 hr services. .

This large hotel is not in the centre, but in the facility there is a huge underground nightclub called Yellow Bird that has bands. It was a bit quiet when we went there at 9pm, but started to liven up around 10pm. We got a tuc-tuc to the main bar street (there is usually one waiting outside the entrance gate) and it is was only a short ride to my fave bar... The Library. We also had a very nice dinner at the hotel (there was live music in the background followed by karaoke), and no complaints about breakfast either.

I don't know the area that well, but it did seem a little bit away from the action... other than the big club in the hotel complex.

Old school hotel with sprawling grounds and large trees , gardens and swimming pool. Renovated rooms were just fine.Excellent wifi. Decent breakfast. Location good, within 10 minutes walk to Central and UD town. The bar and cafe outside were nice and convenient on a rainy day. Despite its age, was more than satisfactory

Breakfast was good we had dinner a couple times and also went to the bar next door. Got a flat battery and door man and gaurd outside were very helpfull in fixing our problem. Went back and bed had a hollow spot so they changed our room.

The single bed in 422 (i think) had a sunken part to it but no problem the girl just changed rooms for us.

Price Staff Facilities Location I read reviews starting with 1 star and booked in with some reservations. As soon as I walked into the entrance, my reservations were dispelled. It's a lovely hotel with better facilities than the hotel I moved from in Vientiane, which was double the price.

Pull down weight machine had broken cable. Sundowners are in the shade.

Location, pool, staff, value for money. I think it's the best all round hotel in Udon, all things considered.

Breakfast could be better, particularly if you don't eat pork.. but it's not bad. There is also a cafe next door. The gym should be improved; in fairness, they barely advertise the gym but it's quite basic and very old.

The price, service, location, staff, breakfast, and facilities at this hotel, for the price, are exceptional. It isn't a new hotel/buildingl and hence, in places a little dated but it is an (excellent) three star hotel. 100% recommended.
