I loved everything here. I had a lot of fun in UD Town and that was down to having a perfect base to explore from. After a long day of walking and being a tourist (eating a lot of delicious Isaan food), I needed to come back and rest. In the evening, once I was ready for some nightlife and entertainment, there was plenty on the doorstep! I could play plenty of pool with charming old gringos and enjoy very academic and intellectually stimulating conversations in any bar in "Day & Night", right across the street. In the morning, I could wipe away my hangover with a fantastic buffet breakfast and super attentive staff. I would say it's a little bit expensive compared to the other hotels in the area, but it's also higher quality.

The bath/shower has no curtain, so the bathroom gets soaked every time you take a shower. Not sure who designed this.

The room was very clean and cleaned to a high standard every day. The cleaning staff, as well as those of reception and the restaurant, were all very friendly and helpful.

The options for a western style breakfast were quite limited; I would have like a muesli rather than cornflakes (the only cereal option). The available TV channels were also quite limited; I did get rather sick of Sky News and France 24; the BBC news would have been a welcome change. Nothing much anyone could do about the sparrows chirping on the balcony at dawn though.

Great Central location, Excellent staff who all spoke perfect English and very helpful. Room is a good size and very clean Bathroom tiny but clean and good strong shower water. No complaints. Excellent Parking. Good Breakfast Thai and Western with super scrambled eggs .

Clean modern hotel. Rooms are pleasant, and have a decent sized sofa in an alcove. Very centrally located with plenty of parking on site. Breakfast decent, nothing special but very good for the price.

Location is walking distance to shops restaurants bars and Bangkok hospital and has off the street parking. Plenty of tuk tuks nearby and taxis

Our preferred place to stay in Udon Thani. It’s in the center of town, the room is big and clean. The check in and check out is quick.

It was spotlessly clean. The staff was very pleasant and they spoke English well. The location was very good as well, close to a shopping mall, bars and a few restaurants.

The water runing in the hotel was a bit dirty, it probably wasnt the hotel it self but perhaps the whole street. But this made the large bathtub in the room useless. Also the AC disn't have automatic fan option, there werw just 2, very strong or very mild fan.

Breakfast was great and staffed by accommodative and great staff. Air con was simple to use and the housekeeping staff was accustomed to our preferences during our long stay. Felt safe staying in the hotel. Close proximity to Central Mall and UD Town is a bonus!

Shower temperature is abit hard to control but manageable.
