A real hotel for 800b Big room real bedding.. Everything works. Movie channels. Very conveniently location near local bus station Central Mall UD town shops restaurants etc. Let me park my touring bicycle indoors near staircase. Thank you.

People keep saying noise from huge nearby pubs next door. I got the last room end of corridor. Quiet. Those near front of hotel might not be. 1000b deposit. Its not the amount. You might forget to claim back as shown by receptionist running after a guest as he got into a taxi... Pooi is much much smaller than the pics shown. Clever photography.

The rooms were clean and well presented, we chose a pool side view for a peaceful sleep and were not disappointed. The pool is lovely and furniture fine and comfortable for ourselves and our boys . The breakfast was on the whole lovely with great selection of eggs . When we did eat in the restaurant we enjoyed and there was also a great Danish restaurant called corner at the end of the street and 2 buildings to the left which was exceptionally good

Everything was great , people should not be overly fussy as it's not a 5* bkk hotel but instead a value for money 3/4* in the centre of Udon thani

The location here is phenomenal, walking distance to literally everything bars, restaurants, shops, massage places. The staff are so polite and amazing, nothing is an issue for them, very helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable, it was 2 single beds pushed together but honestly couldn't tell.

Shower could have had a little more pressure, but it's not bad. House keeping would be random, new water every other day, sometimes 1 bottle sometimes all 3. Would often not replace towels as well, but an easy phone call to reception and house keeping sort it out asap.

Pannarie is my hotel for Udon, staff are great, I cannot fault their efforts, hospitality, smiles, love the breakfasts, and pool.

I dont believe the Air cond 419 was functioning correctly, it failed to bring temps down, consequently a bit warm at nights, the bed was maybe too firm, I never have back problems in hotels but I did at Pannarie, mild back discomfort. My biggest complaint is the TV reception, only a few english channels and overall picture quality on the TV due to poor signal appalling, in today's world that can be fixed at small cost. Adjoining bars that go all night can be an issue if you are on the odd number side building.

Overall the Pannarai is a good hotel that I have stayed at 3 times . Excellent comfortable king size bed with good linen . ( premier king room) .Hotel staff were very helpful .Good quality bath towels . WiFi was good as was the air con . One of the better hotels that I have used in Thailand .

Bathroom shower on the vertical slider was broken and unable to control shower direction but the hotel repaired it within 1 hour . It is a pity that a room inspection is not carried out , prior to guests arriving . The fitness room was basic but did not have the air con working . The hotel worker just shrugged his shoulders when told the air is not working so we went to a nearby gym .Restaurant food is good but the buffet breakfast at 299 baht is too high . We ate at nearby restaurants at half the price . Entrance and exit from the hotel driveway is a sloping concrete that is slippery when it is raining . It would be nice to have some steps with a handrail . TV is mostly Thai programmes . Why not cater for westerners ?

Breakfast good Asian varieties . Egg station . Housekeeping/Nice clean room . Reception did their best with requests . Refreshing Pool . All round service .

The overpowering noise from bars still going well after midnight . The bass booming so extremely loud two nights ( we stayed 4 ) that there was no way you could sleep . Get a pool side room if possible as we were on the Bar side .Personally I would have liked some bacon on breakfast buffet . Had a tenderloin promotion the restaurant was advertising through a flyer in lift . The miniature Steak was overcooked to a dry death .. nothing like the promotion picture of a med-rare good sized steak on the flyer . Came with a carbonara that was bland and just missing something also unfortunately .

This is a comfortable hotel located in centre Udon Thani - easy walk to Central Shopping Plaza and train night markets and more. Rooms are comfortable and clean and shower has good pressure. Very pretty pool.area with shade and chairs. Friendly and helpful staff.

Our room was not on the poolside of hotel and discovered that this faces a bar strip that pumps out music until early hours morning (maybe 3am). You will hear the music from rooms. We were 3rd floor near front building. Recommend asking for poolside if external.noise will bother you.

Nice clean hotel with good sized rooms. Small balcony behind two sets of glass patio sliding doors.

Not the fault of the hotel, but the 'adult entertainment' venue next door was very noisey with duff duff music and lots of shouting and screaming, even with the double glazing dulling it a bit. By law bars etc have to close at Midnight, a handful of places popular with tourists get to close at 02.00. It got noticeably quieter after midnight (as it does most places in Thailand) but still a bit noisey. Perhaps a room on the other side of the hotel is quieter. We only stayed one night and it was too late once the noise started to change rooms.

Great staff, clean room. Cosy little hotel. Decent breakfast, pool was very cold. The rooms on poolside are quiet. I recommend them. Outside is the city party street, walking distance to Central mall and UD town, a great place to eat and hang out at evening.

One bad thing was they charged us double for a transport to the airport because my family of 4 had two rooms. Still only one car so why double charge. Stupid.

I enjoyed everything the door men were exceptional would often meet my nephew down stairs and he would be laughing and talking with them. Pool area was very nice compared to Centara which was more like a kids pool. Morning House shop is next door to the left were I would get my morning coffee. For us kiwis and Ozzie’s go right and the sports bar is a couple minutes walk watch some NRL. If you prefer your beer to be cold then the Pannarai is 100% better than Centara, there fridge was in a cabinet so the motor from the fridge locked in a cupboard kept everything warm. And the number one reason why I prefer Pannarai over Centara I got my deposit back straight away and could spend my thai baht. I am currently emailing the Centara to get my money back it’s been over 14 days, I am also back in Australia what am I gonna do with 2000 baht. Pannarai 5 stars Centara 1 star

Bed could’ve been more stable
