Comfortable bed and good shower. Room was well equipped - soaps etc and coffee, water. Staff were really helpful - we arrived very late which wasn’t a problem. The receptionist also helped us organise a taxi to visit Phu Phrabat historical park. Very close to bus station

Breakfast was very basic and wifi wasn’t very strong in room but ok in reception area. The ‘ladies’ calling out from the bars around the hotel can be a bit irritating but the area doesn’t feel unsafe.

Really good accommodation in Udon Thani, close to bus station, train station, Central World Mall, bar Street. Room was tastefully furnished with nice balcony, good bathroom, niche coffee making area. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Complimentary continental breakfast of coffee, juice, toast, cereal to eat indoors or outside on patio. Good sound insulation in the rooms.

We arrived by bus from Bangkok at 06.45 and were not able to check in until 14.00. We realised this at the time of booking, and it was not a major irritation We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

The second time we have stayed here in 3 months. Excellent location for bus and train stations plus Central World Mall. Rooms are spacious and nicely furnished with plenty of charging points. Nice balcony . Complimentary coffee, juice and toast from 6.00 am. We arrived at 05 30 am overnight from Bangkok and were able to check into our room right away for B200, which was very welcome We will certainly return.

Comfortable adequate sized room with everything you need. Friendly staff and quick check in. Parking is limited but they managed to fit us in. Great location with many bars/restaurants very close by. Check out the Brick House for excellent food and an extensive menu. The english breakfast at 210 Baht was delicious. The Old Inn is a small hotel which was very reasonably priced for our two day stay.

I scored low on facilities as this is a boutique style hotel.

Small hotel in great location. King size comfy beds, good shower pressure, rooms are adequate in size and very clean. No noise from outside. Entertainment, bars, restaurants, shopping centre, UD town food hall and street foods a short walk. Hospital also 5 minutes walk, Laundromat next door.

Breakfast could be improved, nothing else to complain about. Limited parking can be an issue.

Despite the discreet exterior, the inside was lovely with good style yet not too much. At the same time the room was comfortable and well-organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area around had several bars of dubious reputation, but also convenience stores, restaurants, and even a big shopping mall nearby.

Some of the business around the hotel were not really nice. Nothing that the hotel can do about it and despite being a big uncomfortable I never felt unsafe

Clean. Great location.. the girl at the front desk was so accommodating and let me check in at 10am.. breakfast was great. Room big and well decorated .. coffee in the room was a great treat.. location awesome.. close to bus terminal 1.. close to the markets and central shopping..

Could use table lamps.. and definitely some hooks in the bathroom.. the balcony was not a balcony at all but a space for the ac.. could see out at all.. which makes the room dark in the middle of the day.. the window in the bathroom couldn't closed.. so bugs came in.. the book need seals.. so at night the hall lights doesn't come in.. oh hair all over the bath tub.which is why I didn't give them a 10

Clean, spacious rooms, location, elevator, kettle and mini fridge. Fresh towels, two water bottles and a roll of toilet paper(!) delivered every day.

Leave the balcony doors open for fresh air and expect to be chewed up later that night in bed by biting insects including mosquitoes. Cleaning people typically showed up late afternoon when I was resting before dinner after a long day out and about. Not convenient.

Very well located in the entertainment area. Can walk everywhere. Our room was quiet. Bed comfy, with good shower.Plenty of power outlets for pH/laptop etc. wifi good. Good coffee machine in the breakfast room next to reception.

Rooms are a little small if you have a standard room. Have parking but it is limited. Breakfast (Bar)options could be improved a little by providing a better quality of items, but it is free.

The bed was fit for a king, the balcony overlooking the street and other hotels was awesome, and everything was spotlessly clean. I don’t think I’ll stay anywhere else for future trips to UD town. This is the best one (and I’ve stayed at the other pricier places).
