The cleanliness of the property was spot on, and the whole place including my room smelt so nice and fresh. The breakfast buffet each morning was really good. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was very big with a very powerful shower. The location was not right in the town, but just a short 10-15 walk takes you into the centre. Staff were polite and friendly.

There was not a lot of food choice in the hotel in the evening. I had to go back out into the town to get food, after a long day. This is a minor issue, and didn’t detract from my stay.

The breakfast was very accommodating. The egg station is excellent. The choice of foods caters for every need.

You just need to add Pina Colada to your cocktail menu as it is such a popular cocktail. Also, tell housekeeping to leave a couple of rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom as westerners are still conventional in that department.

Very clean and tidy, good amenities. A good quality standard hotel room. Quiet location but still centrally located. Parking right out front. Staff very friendly and courteous. Our go to hotel in Udon.

Breakfast, although included was underwhelming. Coffee not great, some cereal, but nothing to go with it. There was an egg station, plus, but no bacon. But hey, I was the only farang there that morning, everyone else seemed happy.

We booked this hotel because they did breakfast which other hotels didn't and I am happy we did. The rooms are very large which was a surprise as it is a three star hotel and much better than a lot of four star hotels. We drove from the airport to the hotel and found it very easy it is off the roundabout that you come to easy to see the sign. Staff were very good and we were checked in no time a 10 minute walk from Central and and bars if you want a drink.

Room is very big and clean, good location, breakfast is good, I love small coffee machine provided in the room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good internet connection. Excellent welcoming with drinks.

The facilities in the shower cap should make it more convenient e.g. installing some hooks to hang towels, and clothes.

Great Hotel, everything quite new. Staff is really friendly. Huge Breakfast Buffet with a lot of different type of foods and cooked freshly every day. They also have a restaurant for eating lunch/dinner. To Central Plaza it takes about a 5 min walk.

Central, but quiet location. Good free car parking. Spacious, comfortable, very clean room, modern, good taste decoration, nice bathroom. Daily cleaning. Everything looks new, built with high-quality materials. Large window. Eco-friendly. Good price. Very good buffet breakfast, Asian and western. Free bikes. Friendly and efficient staff.

Floor in the room was very slippery. I almost fell, so I preferred to walk barefoot. An extra chair or sofa would be welcome in the room. Balcony window cannot be opened. A little bit dark for reading in the evening.

The kindest hotel staff I have ever met. From the people working the front desk to the people working in the kitchens, every person went out of their way to make sure our stay was incredible. For instance, I am unable to eat red meat, so when I was struggling to go through the buffet menu, the kitchen chef saw and came to help me. She even offered to make me a dish for the next morning that I would be able to eat.
