the bed very soft was the best attribute and then the lack of noise. some of the rooms had a wall fan as well as a AC which was great to stop sore and dry throat which I get it in AC room all night. showers were ok hot water if needed by electric. 2 bottles and loo roll each day. card key entry and the power stays on when you leave the room so on your return room is usually too cold. when you book just book normal 1600 baht and your not turned back from breakfast room. oh that's a 3 night stay. I've used this hotel 3 times on this trip as it's such good value for money. highly recommend

Good sized clean room in a quiet location, just of the main road. Room had a good hot shower, WIFI and facilities. Breakfast was simple with limited choice but worthwhile having. Location was excellent, within walking distances of attractions eg night market, Central Plaza shopping complex, supermarkets and ATM. Bus and train stations was close by, within walking distance. Staff were both very friendly and helpful but did not speak English, however in saying that, phone apps were used to communicate and this worked well.

As a suggestion, place some instructions in the room on how to use the TV as it is very difficult to use.

Great location about a block away from Udon Downtown. Comfy bed and clean room. The staff were amazing. I was having some issues with a bank ATM in Udon Downtown and the English-speaking receptionist walked with me to the nearby bank to be my translator. Also happy to let me practice Thai with them.

Nickorn the receptionist was amazing at her job with very good English. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she looked after my aunt so we’ll and she is an asset to the hotel. Kind caring and efficient member of staff.

The bedsheets are so soft and smooth, it's actually the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Staff were really helpful. Breakfast was decent. They never forget to give me my supply of water everyday ( stayed there for 5 days). Its location is also good.

It was a good location. The room was nice and it was clean. The breakfast wasn't up to much. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

The only thing that I didn't like was the breakfast, it was very basic with little choice.

Clean room, good matraze. Friendly staff. Just a 5 min walk from Hotel to UD Town, with many shops and big food area.
