The staff including Mika were very helpful. The food was good and the location is right on the beach with nice breezes. We booked a triple but our daughter couldn't make it so they gave us a suite which was very nice. It was new and clean with a lovely bathroom and a table and chairs.

The beach had a lot of garbage the first day we were there, but then it got cleaned up. But I don't think it's safe to swim because of the waves there. It's a bit out of town so you need to take taxis, but the Gozem app works well for getting rides.

The food at the restaurant was always delicious and they have a varied menu. The rooms are super clean (though very basic) and the AC was excellent. The wifi was strong enough for long days of video calls in the room and the main areas though we weren't able to log in on any device for the first 8 hours which was stressful for work needs. The sound of the ocean is quite nice.

The location is away from main sites, but right in the middle of major cement plants, and next to the cargo harbor. Just fine if you stayed in the main area of the property or had a car/taxi.

The breakfast is beautiful and you can have it on the beach, which is nice. The environment in the hotel is stunning. What you see in the pictures is what you get at the location. They speak mostly French but the receptionists are so helpful, they even helped us book rides to the locations that we wanted to see. I had an issue with a driver and they helped me resolve it, even though we had checked out. The beach is incredible (there are no words for how pretty it is). My room came with a porch area which was so comfy and stunning. The entire hotel is filled with loads of places to take pictures.

The food is expensive. It's nice but it's pricey. The road to the hotel might discourage you because there are some trucks parked along the road.

The location is incredible - a seaview room is directly on the beach with your own loungers and you can order very reasonably priced food and drinks to the room. It’s a beautiful and relaxing beach holiday and, despite being an open access area, felt completely safe (there isa guard at night).

The bed wasn’t very comfortable but for the price that you pay and the location that you have, it is hard to complain!

The staff is very helpful with any kinda of question ;) We don’t speak french so they even helped to talk to authorities. Huge thanks for that 🫶 The garden is very well maintained, has all beach sunbeds with a view to the ocean. The restaurant food is delicious 😋

We have stayed once and then returned back again ;) so it exceeded our expectations!

The property is just beautiful. It's by a pristine private beach. It's super clean and the waters are refreshing. I was planning to stay for only one night, I ended up extending my stay for additional 2 nights. Glad to have food not very spicy.

As a vegan, I didn't have many food choices. There is a pesto salad on the menu and an avocado salad. The chef was able to make a vegan fried rice for me. Too much carbs. Adding some vegan proteins to the menu will be great. Vegans are no longer few. We are growing and even meat eaters order vegan foods when given a choice!

The hotel is located rather close to the airport. Perfect hotel to arrive after a long flight, away from the noise of the city. The property is beautiful, nice pristine private beach and beautiful garden. The rooms are excellent, with airco and the door and windows were equipped with mosquito netting. The food in the restaurant was delicious. staff were very helpful and friendly. Credit cards accepted!

Perhaps a recommendation, to place a small refrigerator in the room

Just the approach .. but it’s okay when u r travelling in a vehicle .

The people were very kind and attentive to offer their good service. As this hotel has a great ocean view in front of the restaurant, I really enjoyed their delicious dishes. The room facilities were also good enough with air conditioner, TV, desk, couch and private shower room in a spacious room.

They let me check in early and then told me I had to pay for the day. I arrived at 7 am Good AC and shower pressure

Room was ok. What I expected. Faucets in bath not tightened to the sink very little water pressure
