I loved the hotel and the beach, the pool, the staff, everything was really great. They picked us up and that really helped a whole lot. The lifeguard waited at the pool till we were done and it was like midnight. The staff also speak a little English so that was good. The life band on the beach at night was also good.

I didn’t like the food at all. Drinks, shisha. Everything was so poorly done and had no taste at all. To top it off it was pricey. Imagine pricey food that is not nice at all.

Beautiful establishment. Beach front property. Our reservation was initially with ocean view but upon checking in, we were told they didn't have it available. The staff however upgraded all 3 rooms for free. The bongolows were beautiful and very spacious. Proximity to the beach and baguida restaurants was a plus.

Their menu was terrible and extremely pricey. I could get better tasting food from outside 10x less their price. Food took long to cook - about 45 mins if you're lucky and some items came cold.

the property was decent and very clean and nice. Staff were excellent particularly Mr. Blaese, the manager was extremely excellent in his handling of us. Mr. Blaese has the right character and mannerisms as a manager. Anthony at the breakfast table is an asset to the company. He was always smiling and ever ready to help. Diana is also a diamond in her role as waitress. The environment was very serene. We felt very safe as the security visibility was adequately apparent. The food and entertainment in the evenings were absorbing .

There weren’t safe or safety boxes in the room which was a bit of inconvenience because we couldn’t lock away our personal valuables whenever we were leaving the room. There weren’t also complementary Tea Stuff and drinking water in the room. We had to always buy drinking water into the room. House fliers at the restaurant area could be better managed.

Breakfast was okay. Also, I must state that Anthony, the guy who served I and my colleagues was extremely pleasant, helpful and has a high sense of customer service. Also, I must commend the receptionist, Rasheedat, she did everything to satisfy us. The entire staffs of the resort were pleasant and respectful and it was also a great opportunity to meet with the owner (very nice man).

I would have loved to have more varieties for breakfast but all in all, it was okay. wi-fi connection could be a bit better.

Marcelo beach is the best price/quality combination you can wish for in Lome. Staff is friendly and does speak some english, breakfast was superb. The facilities were great and the rooms are beyond expectation and beautifully decorated. A proper place to stay and way better than anything I have seen in Lome sofar.

It was a good place, maybe internet could be a bit stronger.

Nous avons adoré la propriété. It is clean and well maintained. There is no swimming access to the ocean but the pool is fantastic and you can lounge on a sand beach. The view from the restaurant is amazing. The lodges are very spacious and the bed very comfortable.

I liked the spacious, comfortable room. There was a nice sitting area inside the room and a patio outside with a sea view. The bed was comfortable. The room is quiet and very clean. I liked the various lighting in the room and over the bathroom mirror. The food at the restaurant was delicious. And reasonably priced. I had dinner there every night. I also enjoyed the nightly entertainment.

I recommend that they have a non-slip mat for the bath/ shower.

Great and the service is amazing

Need a safe in every room. Everytime you ask for one they always say the tech will come in the morning but never show up.

Well-maintained, peaceful property. The bungalows were roomy, clean and comfortable: we’re a family of 4, and we reserved the supplemental double bed. We enjoyed swimming at pool and ordering drinks at the poolside, lingering in the dining hut area after breakfast, dancing to the band. It was extra special for New Year’e Eve!

The private beach, the pool and the cleanliness of the rooms/bathrooms.

The high-volume music in the restaurant/beach area - was so high that we weren't able to rest in the afternoon/early evening. The food was really nothing special.
