Very friendly staff, from the moment I walked in the hotel for check in I felt that the staff did care about their guests. Following a quick check in I was shown my room, which was very clean. Toilet and bathroom are separated by a glass wall. Bathroom had the shower head as well as a rainfall shower. All the usual toiletries as well as shaving kit and toothbrush & paste were also added to make the guests feel home. My only recommendation, for the price of stay, could be ironing facilities as well as scales in the room, even maybe a couple of items to be dry cleaned free of charge as a goodwill gesture. The gym in the hotel is very well equipped, you can find all cardio as well as the free weights and other equipment. Turkish bath (hamam), sauna, jacuzi and pool are also included in your stay, if you want a massage that's charged extra. I didn't use the pool facilities, but it looked nice and big. Breakfast was nice and there were plenty to choose from, continental breakfast, local tastes such as menemen and sucuk etc., selection of breads and pastries. The hotel is built on a main busy road, close to the amenities like the shopping centre but the traffic may be a bit disturbing at times. Also, I forgot a few items in the room and remembered only in the evening of the same day. When I called the hotel, they told me that they have the items in lost and found and kindly offered to send them via courier which was great! Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would stay again.

In summary, Divan Otel Adana provided us with a blissful and comfortable stay. The Turkish hammam experience was a true highlight, and the overall focus on relaxation and comfort made this a memorable destination. If you're seeking a tranquil escape with a touch of local authenticity, this hotel is a wonderful choice.

Perfect hotel in the heart of Adana. Myself and my family stayed here throughout our wedding weekend, the hotel and all the staff were incredibly inviting and took care of my family. They provided surprise on our wedding evening Thank you Divan!

Fantastic location, fantastic staff and even more fantastic rooms/room service! Everything about the hotel was great and we will 100% be coming here again. Everyone was so helpful and always going the extra mile to help us. Emre from the concierge/bell team was extremely helpful and always had a smile on his face. Top marks for everything !

Very clean. Great location. Great decor. Excellent service throughout. Wonderful food, portion sizes, and variety.

Quite a bit street noise came through my front facing window, even with windows and curtains closed and using ear plugs.

Overall the hotel is nice and the staff were very helpful. The rooms are clean and the gym is good.

Despite the fact that the parking is free I was paying for it.

There was music coming from a restauranr until 1 am. The location is very central but not many shopping and restaurant options around.

This a big chain hotle and we usually avoind them. But we were just stopping oven on the way east. Reality, it was fantastic. Clean, good facilities, great breakfast and we walked in the morning for over 2 hours and were close by the main attractions - mosques, bridges over the river, bazaar etc. Easy valet parking also. So far as chain hotels go we did not have any issues - one of the best.
