The location was great. Close to many restaurant stores, and the castle was an easy walk away. Breakfast was simple, but good. Cheeses, sausage, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, watermelon, along with bread, jam, butter, honey, and, of course, tea. The clincher, of course was they also served kaymak. Math was friendly, polite, and helpful. They also have a free parking lot for those who brought their own vehicles.

Everything was great, really. If I had to nitpick, I would say that there is no air conditioning. However, the large fan in my room that I’m sure was made by Boeing more than made up for the lack of air conditioning.

Decent and cozy place. Very good value for money. Clean facilities. Comfortable bed. Very kind staff. I would stay here again.

The shower head and sink faucet need changing.

Its location was great, in the heart of the city and I had a fortress view from my room, although half of my balcony was covered by the giant flag of the hotel. The staff did its best to provide me a pleasant experience.

The staff's poor (if any) knowledge of English. The breakfast could have less plastic (all sweet options were packed in a single spoon plastic packing). Instead they could have bigger pots of honey, jam etc.. It was too hot in the room (heating turned on) and I couldn't regulate the temperature.

The worst facilities ever!! The pictures are deceiptful! There is no AC in the rooms. The facilities are old and dirty! Stay away from this hotel! The only OK part was breakfast!

Friendly stuff

Everything was horrible. The walls are horrible Every piece of furniture is horrible Next to a mosque and the windows doesn't isolate the sound. The fridge not working, all of our food was found smelling bad in the morning(the light was on but I disn't notice there is no freeze inside) Food was smelling bad(except fresh vegetables) I would not recommend to anyone to come here...even for a night
