Always asked if anything else was needed. - breakfast was served till 12 which meant that we didn’t need to rush in the morning - some of the breakfast options changed daily so we were not eating the exact same thing daily - staff were smiley and always happy to help - asked daily if we needed room service - quiet location - walking distance away from the main streets of Alacati - extended check out by 2 hours - always someone available to help at reception

- only a few hangers for clothing and no shelving space in our room. We ended up living out of our suitcases for a week - no shelving space in our bathroom/bedroom for beauty products - no where to hang used towels in the bathroom/bedroom - poor WIFI connection in the bedroom. The connection was better in the garden area.

This is a fantastic hotel that exceeded our expectations, the staff in particular were outstanding; both super professional and friendly. The pool area is very relaxing, along with the well stocked bar area. The included breakfast was a surprise, we never usually have hotel breakfasts but this was so good we went everyday without fail. We loved our stay here!

The only issue we had was the lack of high-speed wifi. Although we could connect with no problems the speed meant that internet browsing was challenging. There’s was also no hooks in the bathroom to dry towels.

This was our second year in a row staying at Derin. First of all the hotel is extremely clean. Location is great, walking distance to main area in Alacati. You can get a taxi or a bus to Cesme. The hotel has gone through some significant renovations and makeover which looks absolutely amazing. Beautiful pool area allowing you to swim, tan or sit under cover to relax and enjoy coffee and drinks. Very friendly staff, always looking to go above and beyond. Soundproofing is poor and noise does travel through the rooms including loud conversations. Apart from this great hotel and highly recommended.

The hotel has no lifts and a lot of stairs either at the entrance or to the rooms which makes it difficult to transfer luggage. It is advisable to go with light luggage because the staff are mainly young women whom I was embarrassed to ask them to transfer my luggage but it was the only way.

The hotel and the stuff were amazing !!! There is nothing i can say what i didnt like. The stuff were the cutest people i‘ve ever met! The girls helped us with everything ! The breakfast is amazing ! The pool and the room were unbelievable nice ! I recommend it for 1000% sure ! I will see you next year inshallah girls ❤️ ❤️

From the aesthetics of the hotel to the staff members everything was perfect. The rooms were clean and organized well so was the daily cleaning. The staff members were very friendly and welcoming, they helped me with everything and I am very grateful for this wonderful experience.

Beautiful hotel. Clean. Take a room at the back as the view is onto the pool area. 5 mins walk into Alacati. Breakfast is beautiful. Staff are lovely and helpful.

Our room was beside reception and it was pretty noisy. We choosed the location, because it was adults only and we wanted to be very private and quiet.
