The location was great, 5 minutes walk from the heart of Alachati streets. The breakfast was exceptional, even guests from other hotels and neighbourhood visited Katre hotel for fresh, healthy, yummiest breakfast. You can relax while having breakfast with soft music (Cherie FM) in the background that gives romantic ambience. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Also it is instagrammable place with many photo spots and it reflects the spirit of Alachati in many ways.

It would be great if the number of rooms with pool view was more.

There was one friendly waiter at breakfast. The swimming pool was acceptable.

The room was advertised as "deluxe" and suitable for 3 people. This was the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. The third "bed" was in the window alcove where there were no proper curtains so the sun shone in at 6am. The bathroom was not a separate room so there was almost no privacy. The majority of the staff were very unfriendly. They didn't speak English, I was asked to pay for the room in cash and when I tried to organise a car for a day trip to the ruins of Ephesus the offer they made was clearly a rip off (I got a much better offer with a neighbouring hotel). It was also not made clear to me that there were additional costs for extras at breakfast. In the end I paid for another hotel for the last two nights of my trip. They refused to give me any kind of reduction even though I did not stay there the last two nights.
