The hotel is so clean. Food is sensational, the best food I've had, from an all inclusive hotel, ever. ( and I've stayed in a lot) The staff are friendly, I really can't knock anything about this hotel, bar the pool music and nightly entertainment been bit too loud, and that me been picky.

The music, This hotel plays loud music from about 10am until midnight. Defiantly not "Spa" like

I like everything about the hotel travel from London with my wife and kids the staff were amazing great hotel great stay lots of activities and then we didn’t need to leave the resort as there was so much to do very nice place

Maybe cater a bit more for baby food which we found it slightly difficult for our baby as she was 18 months

The interior was amazing, and the hotel was pretty stylish. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was attentive and welcoming, especially at the reception. The beach was good, great access to the sea, and they also had nice pools. We had no problems finding sun loungers as well. The food was tasty, different varieties of meat, salads, and desserts. Cocktails at the bar were amazing.

The WiFi connection was very weak and kept dropping out. We could only get a stable connection in the lobby. The housekeeping service was inconsistent. After they cleaned our room one day, they didn't give us the hand and foot towels for some reason.

Great for families and the staff were generally amazing. The food was lovingly prepared and the kitchen staff very attentive. The rooms were clean and sound proof.

I wouldn’t say this is a 5 star as the advertised. The food, facilities and evening options were slightly limited. Also, there tended to be long lines for drinks all day and evening.

Breakfast was excellent with varieties of food and drinks,and it wasn't just about breakfast, at all meal times we had many different delicious choices that make it difficult to choos. The hotel was in very nice location. You can have a taste of shopping after dinner in evening time when you also need to have a walk after your dinner because there were many local shops around the hotel that was close to the hotel and you don't need to go by car and is kind of entertainment in a time that weather is not too hot.

Everything was excellent just could have ice-cream as a dessert, there was an specific time for ice-cream but I would have preferred to have Turkish ice-cream as a choice

staff was perfect . We stayed 2 couple and was perfect time. Employee is most important in this type hotels and heir more than expected for this prices. I am so thankful for all employees from reception to cleaning room person bar workers and rest of employees.

nothing location is perfect

The hotels attention to detail is top tier and this would not be achieved without the amazing staff that work here. They were all so welcoming, smiley and will always go out of their way to help the guests. The food was great, so much to choose from and the entertainment team is really invested in knowing the guests and engaging with them.

Very cosy and well maintained hotel. 10 out of 10. We has so much fun and it is not over crowded. Very nice food. Very modern

The property was clean and staff was very helpful. Beach was within walking distance and was beautiful.

Struggled with WiFi in our room and spa facility can be improved slightly outdated and jacuzzi was nog working.
