A superb vacation. A perfectly designed hotel, having everything you need while being small (minimal walking) and cozy at the same time. The personnel was excellent. I didn't like the rooms I booked so they helped me change to better rooms (free of charge) without too much headache. Special thanks to Ahmad (the Afghan gentleman from Guest Relations) for handling this very well and in excellent English (Finally, you have this in Turkey! Another positive point for this hotel is solving this problem for non-Turkish speakers. I also met a Russian lady and an Indian gentleman who were helpful with other issues). The design of the hotel gives you everything. Different indoor swimming pools for men and for women (completely covered, Muslim women can freely enjoy the facility without Hijab), swimming pools for women on the rooftop (same privacy, even with some slides on the rooftop!), same for men, and even a mixed area so that families can spend time together. Everyone of these outdoor swimming areas has slides and other aqua entertainment facilities, both for women and men. Wi-Fi is fully connected everywhere. That was just awesome. I didn't need to buy any bundles from my (expensive) Dutch Internet provider. The mosque just blew my mind. Instead of putting a rotten room in the basement like almost all hotels in my Muslim home country, they opted for a complete hotel side with a capacity of *at least* 500 people. Again, separate for men and women, with a large, clean, and luxurious ablution place for both genders. Everyone enjoyed spending time there, either for actual prayers or for the kids to run and play freely in the vast, super clean area. Thank you guys, may Allah bless you all. The food was served almost continuously. A huge restaurant with indoor and outdoor places with a huge variety. A snack bar in the men's swimming pool as well as the mixed one, with all kinds of refreshments and light meals. A desserts corner which is open most of the day.

The swimming pools outside were not warmed. I can understand this for men's and women's swimming pools, since they are huge (and the indoor swimming pools in the spa are properly heated, so adults have options). But the kids swimming pools were just unusable (too cold). That was a real shame since the hotel has so many nice slides and other facilities for kids in their swimming pool. I would have loved to see better Table Tennis tables than the very old, overly used ones.

The swimming facilities were very nice, especially the women only area. The staff does not allow phones inside the women only area and the surrounding buildings are unable to see anything. The buffet was really good, with a large variety of healthy and also less healthy options so everybody can choose whatever they like. The staff is really friendly and tries to be of best help if you need anything. The hotel is especially child- and family friendly in my experience.

Although the hotel really has unlimited foods and drinks near every pool and the restaurant, I think the rooms can have a bit more facilities than they have now, and if not in terms of drinks, extra sheets, blankets and cushions are needed I believe.

Staff was very nice 👌, food was delicious , Reception also. Guest relation team also very nice , specially Aicha noor and the Syrian lady. This is not my first time. Greats for all Team bera alanya.

Cleaning lady doesn't understand English, so that was very difficult to communicate with her.

Staff-even thou they speak every little English they will help you as much as they can. Either via Google translate or another way. Food: amazing food always different and delicious and fresh. Rooms: spacious clean and with a nice view. Not sea view but nice view of the next door hotel which was not very noise at night. Air conditioning working great. Very spacious hotel even thou it was full we never felt crowded at the restaurant or lobby or swimming pools or slides. The pastries and cakes where just too tempting. Wi-Fi: flawless and I work in IT. Unbelievable reach and coverage and great speed also: ~5mb on my iphone7, able to stream and download fine all over the property. Security: felt safe for my self and family at all times. At the pool the lifeguards are always available and monitoring guests. The wet areas are always being cleaned and I noticed that the pools where cleaned at night every night.

Patches of mould in the shower. This could be easily resolved with a mastic replacement at the start of summer season. Please look into this. No iron / board in the room. I think this a UK only feature.

I really liked the food, cleanliness and good organisation. It is a family hotel and I would really recommend people with children to visit.

I think the rooms could be a little bit modernised and the beach part, but at the end it is really nice.

Nice beach location. All halal including activities and pools. Food was varied and very high quality.

Safe, good pools, the beach, exceptional and delicious food, clean rooms, smooth service. Zubeyda at the customer relations desk was very helpful when we had a query about the payment and other questions. We were welcome to stay at the hotel and use the facilities after check-out until leaving for the airport; we really appreciated that.
