If I can put more than 10 out of 10 I will gladly do .. the location is perfect, few steps from the famous Cleopatra beach and the cable car 🚠 up to the castle . The staff are super polite and friendly people .. you will feel like you are at home . The breakfast was really delicious although limited items . I will not go anywhere next time , straight ahead to the lovely Sunway hotel .

The hotel is a bit outdated but you are paying pennies for staying in such great location with lovely staff

Exceptional things: - Staff was super friendly, literally that was the friendliest staff I've ever met in hotels. They are very guests oriented and happy to help with all your questions and issues. (It is like 12 from 10 points) - Everyday cleaning, without any asking or demanding from your side, they clean, change towels, change leaning. Not all 5 star hotel have this level of service! - Internet (wi-fi) was functioning just perfect during the whole time. It gave me opportunity to work from my room without any issues. Once again it is a rare quality of wi-fi in hotels. - Location is extremely close to the best part of beach - damlatash beach. It is not more than 5 min.

The one thing that disturbing is that soundproofing could be better. It was too loud when somebody checked in during the night. But in this place I've found so many advantages, so it is not a big thing for me.

Sunway Hotel is located in the best possible spot in Alanya, very near from the best part of Kleopatra beach and the city center. The stuff was very friendly and nice to me. I stayed totally 10 night! The breakfast was ok, not much variety and rather basic, but it was enough to fill up for the first part of the day. Overall, I liked my stay at the Sunway Hotel, and would come back again! So I definitely recommend!

The first room where I was placed was not good. It was not so nice and with balcony facing directly another building and smelling very strongly because it was directly above the kitchen, but luckily, the nice stuff moved me to a much better room for the next night, where everything was perfect:) Also, don't expect to have a room with sea view or garden view etc, like it's advertised in Booking, because this hotel doesn't have such rooms:)) But my balcony was big and nice (in the room where I stayed majority of the time).

The location is incredible, it’s next to the Cleopatra Beach, restaurants, markets etc. I loved the staff, they were so friendly and kind. Our room was clean and the ladies who are responsible for cleaning were so cute and sweet, especially Hatice Hanım. She was like a mom to us. It was such a nice experience for me and my husband🫠💙

I had a bad stay at a place in Side so this was luxury after that. Clean, bright room with nice, hot showers and excellent Wifi. Good location and a nice restaurant downstairs. Had a great stay here.

This is a basic old style 2 star hotel, so don't expect luxary ;-) For my needs it was just sufficient - room with a balcony, bathroom with a shower, comfortable bed, air condition was working well, everyday cleaning, staff was very friendly and helpful. And the location is fantastic! It is located at the narrow street where only pedestrians are allowed, so it was surprisingly quiet despite the fact that it is just next to the teleferik station and central location.

Internet in my room was weak, it worked better close to the lift in the corridor, there was a sofa there, so you can sit there if need better wifi connection ;-)

The hotel is clean and the staff is absolutely wonderful. I had a really good time. Thank you to the all staff for making my vacation a success. I will definitely come back. :)

The location is very good, the best who wants do be close to everything- beach, shoping, walking, bars. the breakfast was modest, but you can fill your appetite. good coffee is available for extra money if needed. but the tea was very good and strong. Special thanks to the cleaning lady

Hotel in a very good location, right next to Cleopatra Beach. The hotel is vintage, but offers everything you need, rooms are clean, air conditioning works well, beds are comfortable. Staff very nice and helpful.

Wifi could be better

Everything. The kind welcoming staff, the room, the bed, the location ( near teleferik , also 300 m from beach). They even helped me with airport transfer. This is written a 2 star hotel, but I think it is better a 4 stars hotel. I know what I am talking about, I travelled in 23 countries. Their kitchen is wonderful too. I will come back here.
