Overall, we had a lovely 6-day stay! The rooms were comfortable, the beach and pier were beautiful, and the pool area was very enjoyable. Everything felt well-kept and relaxing. We especially appreciated that the music—while present—ended around 6pm, just as we’d been informed. A special shout-out to Levent, who was truly the kindest and most helpful person at the resort.

A few things to be aware of: • The beach club with the large pool isn’t included for hotel guests, which wasn’t clear at the time of booking. Access only if you pay. You’re limited to swimming in front of the private rooms, which can feel a bit awkward. • The private pool room upgrade wasn’t really worth it for us—our pool was quite cold and mostly in the shade. • There were frequent menu limitations —each day something seemed to be missing from our order or unavailable. Communication about this could be improved. • Though the resort is advertised as adults-only, there were occasional children and swimmers from neighboring areas. The staff did their best to manage this, but it’s something to keep in mind.

We stayed here 3 nights .It was great holiday. specially thanks to Mister Ercan General Manager , he was very helpful.The rooms are clean and nice comfortable.We use beach club , restaurant and night club , and specially sunset party .There are many options to make you feel good and happy .The personal was helpful .This hotel was very nice , on the beach , good pool . Best hotel in Alanya , the Quality one. We will definitely come back again , THANKS A LOT ..

The room was really nice and clean and the area where the beach beds was beautiful. The restaurant, Origin and breakfast were exceptional. We would recommend going for dinner at the Origin (especially the garlic prawns!)

The private pool in our room was too cold, even in the heat as it’s in the shade so you couldn’t really use it. The bidet in our room didn’t work. The WiFi is terrible in the room and the beach which is a shame. The pool was more for those who drink and really busy. It was not so welcoming to those who don’t. The hotel itself is quite costly. There were no signs that the snacks provided in the room were NOT included. Turns out they’re not, and we were charged an extra €10 for water and a few bits at the end. I’d recommend having some signs near the coffee machine as the way it is displayed would usually means it’s included in other places. Especially given the price of the room itself.

Great breakfast and helpful staff. Everything was stylish and cosy. Perfect towels, bath robe, bed sheets, washing bottles. They offer wine and free minibar, that eas nice. Fast internet. I had a great private terrace in my suit.

If you go to any hotel in Turkey in February, March or April, be ready that there can be noisy repairs everywhere.

We had room 106, there was one cleaning Lady she came everyday, she was super friendly, we really liked her Soo much. There was one middle aged guy, sadly I forgot his name, he is tall, white shoulder long hair made our holiday like being in paradise, never pushed to order something, always smiling and happy, even when customers were mean to him ( I observed that the whole week). He had a huge area to cover customer service and he did it alone, that was just impressive. He was listening and fixing all requirements people asked. His service was fast, friendly, always with a smile and we saw his love regarding customer service. He went above and beyond his job, from cleaning, preparing and reserving lounges for customers, he is a bless not only for us also for the resort, he should be rewarded for his effort!

The room with swimup pool was amazing, just the TV didn't work the whole 8 nights, I have told them at the reception and all 4 young people working there treated me with disrespect and even talked about me when I passed them going to the breakfast, except one guy, thin, thin face, he was always friendly! Yes, they played loud music but only on Friday and Saturday which is ok, under the week was calm, relaxing!

Our bedroom opened to the terrace by the pool and had a lovely view of the ocean, harbour and castle walls. The hotel had a fantastic gym with enough options with machines, plates and dumbells for a seasoned gym goer to get all of my workouts done. The gym also had complimentary towels, chilled water bottles and A/C. The hotel spa had great packages which could be customized to everyone's needs and wants. The restaurant had affordable, delicious meals throughout the day, which could be ordered to the terrace via room service or to the sunning bed area. The reception staff was helpful and fulfilled our every wish.

Sometimes the restaurant room service orders went wrong but everything was always cleared up. There was a lot of expansion construction going on the area because the holiday season is about to start. The room wasn't soundproof so the sounds of traffic could be heard during the night.

My stay at your hotel was absolutely incredible —from the delicious food to the beautiful location, everything was perfect. I truly appreciated how kind and attentive the staff were throughout my stay. A very special thank you for the amazing birthday decoration you prepared for me. It meant a lot and made my day unforgettable! 💫 You really went above and beyond, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend your hotel to everyone I know.

Amazing breakfast at the restaurant. SPA is nice, Gym is nice. This is a great spot to spend time.

Doors to the main street are not sound proof. This does spoil the actually nice location and the lovely sound of waves. Easy to fix, just install proper doors. Room service quality lacks. If you order from the wrong menu, you don't get notified that the ordered items are not available at the time. Food just doesn't come, nobody tells you. Moreover, the menu doesn't filter what is available at what time. Same here, easy to fix!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, which exceeded my expectations in many ways. The breakfast was very good, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, adding to the overall pleasant experience. We stayed in a room by the pool, and it truly lived up to expectations. The room was spacious with a large and nice bathroom, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The pool itself was clean and well-maintained, though it could have been a bit cooler. A lovely perk was the free minibar stocked with soft drinks, water, and beer, which was refilled daily—a delightful surprise! Overall, I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay

The only downside was the sound insulation in the rooms. The music from the public pool was noticeable from 2 PM to 6 PM daily, but this wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. Due to the hot weather the pool should have been a bit cooler.
