We booked hotel with low price and didn't expect too much... But from first moment we enter, we were more then happy and satisfied. Staff very polite, they gave us sea view rooms, rooms are extremly clean and smell nice, we spent a lot times in 5 stars hotels in Antalya and they were not clean as Kaila. Kaila is super clean and nice. We were impressed too much. Food was super,planty of choises and very tasty. Position of hotel is super, near sea. We have only nice words to say and will come again. We highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful reception upon check-in especially Mr Mustafa the manager ,he was an amazing hospitable person. The hotel is less than a block to the waterfront very nice and comfortable across the street from a taxi stand and has good food which can be included in the price of your stay.. internet was 6-7 Mbps , so not very fast but it was stable. Rooms are large comfortable storage for your clothes some drawers bathroom was spacious.. Rooms were very clean and done by very nice ladies. They supply water daily, a nice perk. Some of the rooms have Ocean view and the patio has two small chairs and a small table also a wall-mounted drying rack for your clothes if you want to wash them out. The hotel is in good condition elevators stairways everything seems to be very functional. I enjoyed the breakfast and the dinners and there was plenty of selection. There was lots of vegetables and salads and after dinner there's lots of desserts.. like I said in my other reviews the only people I found unimpressive with the bar men I found them to be unhelpful and even ill mannered. I would recommend this hotel to anybody coming to the area that wants welcoming reception nice food and a clean and comfortable room. Thank you again,Mr. Mustafa and the Kaila Hotel staff..

Bar staff was somewhat off their game and the Wi-Fi could be faster but not a deal breaker..

Very nice good value hotel. Comfortable room, good food, very nice staff, great location for swimming, adequate fitness center. There is a free serviced beach about 5 minutes away. There is a full service spa onsite. The room is pleasantly furnished with a large wardrobe closet to put things away, desk and chair for using laptop. Large mini-fridge. Nice bathroom with large shower. I had a balcony with a nice view of the mountains and small view of the sea. There is a taxi stand across the street to go into Alanya or you can use Uber. There are buses running along the sea 2 minutes away. Wifi is good. The large spiral staircase and trim have beautiful marble. The food was varied. Fish almost every day. Different kinds of scrambled eggs and sausage for breakfast with large variety of cheeses. Machine coffee good. Desert cakes delicious

It is 2 Euro a day for a safe key. Laundry service a little expensive. Only one electrical outlet, by the bed

Could not fault this hotel, it was such great value for money. The staff were so efficient, very obliging and pleasant. The room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable with lovely views from the balcony. I had the all inclusive option which I would strongly recommend, various delicious hot and cold food choices were available. The salad bar was excellent, lots of fresh fruit too. Oh, and by the way, the beautiful sea front is a just a minute walk away. Many thanks to Mustafa and the wonderful staff!

The hotel is clean, fresh and vibrant. Upon arrival, the reception staff were warm and welcoming. I am on a cycling holiday. Sabina and Banlihan escorted me to an area reserved for bicycles, sporting equipment ect. Such a relief when you know your belongings are safe and secure. Kaila is most fortunate to have such fine ladies. My room was large, clean and comfortable. I had a private balcony and little extras like a rack on the wall to dry my clothes is a really nice touch. I try my best to eat light but the pancakes and egg fryed bread was too much for me to resist. Also, the choice of having an omelette or fryed egg is such a nice change from the 200 or so boiled eggs ive eaten during my trip to turkey. Dinner was delicious too. Nice selection of chicken and beef stews, veggies and desserts. There is a decent sized pool and an exquisite sauna I got a the half board deal. For what i paid per night, one would think the hotel would charge double. There was a selection of languages spoken at reception including; English, Turkish, German, Russian, Dutch*

Honestly, i cannot complain about a thing.

The staff was great, they always went out of their way to accommodate our needs and circumstances. Especially Sabina, who was exceptionally kind and accommodative. The food was good, the view from the room was nice as well.

The only downside was the fact that the beach that belongs to the hotel is un-swimmable due to rocks. There is even a sign that says so, so you have to walk to other beaches nearby which can be a 10 mins walk under the sun. If you don’t mind doing that, the hotel is absolutely worth the stay.

the location is very good, there are sunbeds and a bar/restaurant on the beach, the staff is helpful

The breakfast location was excellent amazing , i loved the kitchen staffs they were so friendly very kind and hard working i liked them so much i missed them 😘😘😘 the reception staffs were very helpful Mr Moustafa he is very kind and helpful man i was alone he helped me all the time thank you so much and the food was organic everything was excellent highly recommend to another people .

I didn't like when i left the hotel i wanted to stay longer because the weather was amazing.

Lovely friendly reception staff, they remembered my favourite room. Spacious room. Clean. Good selection of breakfast items. Close to the beach and bus.

The hotel is clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. A huge thank you to Mustafa, Kubra and Sonor for all their help with arranging tours and tips on places to go. The hotel is a bit away from the centre of Alanya, but there is a bus stop very close to the hotel entrance which goes to the city centre. The hotel also provides beach towels to guests.
