I choose the All Inclusive option and it was worth it. The food was delicious and all kid's activities were available within the resort. Swimming Pools, Water Slides, and Daily kids show overall a great value of money for families. Kids enjoyed a lot

The Front Desk staff was so rude and know nothing that how to handle customers. Especially the Person 'VEDAT' sitting on reception wasted our one hour in check-in. Initially, he told me that your booking is for two persons only then after wasting half an hour he came to know that he was referring to someone else booking and his attitude was really rude and not ready to listen. He really made our first expression about the resort the worse we can have

We did enjoy the hotel facilities, activities and staff.

The majority of the staff speaks only Turkish and Russian which I find very difficult to interact with them to get information.

I liked the most is the food was delicious and ice cream 😀

If you're looking for a family hotel, you've come to the perfect place: a superb hotel with great people. Excellent food, pools, slides, beach facilities, kids club, and many daily events. My kids were excited and delighted during our two weeks stays. They even asked us to return next holiday to the hotel. Tip: If you are a coffee lover, there is a bean-to-cup machine in the sweets area at the -3 level behind the slides. Also if you need to travel to Alanya avoid taxis as there are buses that can take you there for a very cheap price 25tl/person All in all, excellent hotel It was fantastic, and we had a great time. There is a lot of kid-friendly entertainment available. the size of the room, the view, the internet, the cuisine, the majority of the staff, the beach, and the pool. We liked also the room service lady, she was always smiling and doing a great housekeeping job and she was so polite as she knocked on the door before entering and made sure to not disturb us if we were still in bed. Also, I liked that the music in the nightclub is muted at 00:00 as I'm an early sleeper. I recommend to the hotel management the following to maximize satisfaction: - Make available to and from the airport and Alanya shuttles for free or at reasonable prices. because we had always had bad experiences with taxi drivers as they always try to charge you more. - Make available the bean-to-cup coffee machines in the main restaurant.

Because we stayed two weeks, some events are repeated such as best couple and Salsa, it will be perfect for visiting only one week in order to not assist in duplicated events. I didn't like the way the mini-bar responsible entering the room, I think he should be more polite and ask for permission before entering if the room is not vacant.

Its our second time in this hotel. Kids were delighted, food was very good, nice staff. Perfect hotel for kids.

Horrible music on the pool time. Or non stop russian songs or some sleepy ones - and definitely too loud.

The beach is breathtaking, the staff are so friendly.

No air-conditioning in the restaurant.

I liked the vibe there and the staff was really nice this was my fourth time here and I’m definitely coming back next summer, Much love 💙
