If you are fan of turkey meat and low profile local drinks it is fine but not my style In Food area there is too much smoke of grilled meat and fish

Good value for money , clean , spacious , clean beach and food is what you expect for the money Staff is very helpful , only 1 speaks arabic , few speak english , but they try their best

this is important , they have no in-room wifi , they have wifi near conference room which is near reception !!! Are we living in 2003 ?

I had a wonderful stay at Justiniano Hotel. The food was absolutely excellent—fresh, flavorful, and with a great variety to suit every taste. The hotel facilities were comfortable and well-maintained, making it easy to relax. A special mention goes to Hatice at the reception, her genuine kindness that made me feel truly welcome. She was attentive, professional, and always ready to help with any request. Her hospitality added a personal touch that made my stay even more memorable. Overall, I left with great memories and would be happy to return

great hotel, beach is close, pool is big, food was good, animation was fun, music is good, room was cleaned every day, good price. I had a good time, thank you!

A lot of Russian tourists who take all the sun beds since early morning or from night and don’t use it, I don’t understand it. Receptionist Anna wasn’t really welcoming but others were nice, animator guys are great. a lot of kids crying everywhere, canteen was very noisy, you just want to eat fast and leave it felt like you’re at a bus station or something.

The hotel is very new and clean. The rooms are very comfortables. The staff speak Russians and is very nice. Everything is near. The choice of food for supper is very good. There is a football field and a playground, a great place to meet for all children. My son made a lot of friends there every evening.

There was a smell of sewage in the bathroom probably because of the drains on the floor. There is no animation programme to consult. You need to search for animators around the pool in order to get the information. The fitness room is really poor. The machines are terribly old. None of cardio machines were working. The beach towels are for rent and can be changed only 3 times per week. We chose this hotel because of water skiing that was announced on the site but on arrival, we learnt that there was no water sport at all, only fun stuff, like banana, parasailing, jet ski etc… it was really disappointing.

I'm not a fan of the all-inclusive concept – I was only there because my gf is Russian and, for some inexplicable reason, she likes it (though thankfully, that's slowly starting to change). That said, if I put that aside and compare it to other all-inclusive places I've stayed at, I’d say it's a solid 8+ (Although personally, I'd rate it more like a 5).

I had the wonderful experience of staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, Mrs. Elena's assistance made a significant difference. She made the check-in process seamless and effortlessly guided us to our upgraded room. Her warm welcome immediately set a positive tone for our stay. I can't thank her and her team enough. We were impressed with the hotel's facilities and the variety of activities available throughout the day.

The breakfast was very good, many choices are available.

We did not receive the room with the sea view, but after the personnel was willing to change the room. In the end was all good. Be careful, if it s written sea view. It is not granted that you gonna get the room with a sea view. But as i said the personnel was very helpful and willing to solve the problem.

Pretty nice stay for little holiday. There was small things that like wi-if everywhere is not free and if you wanna pay you can do it just with cash:((( the same with ice cream as well:)

Nice big pool and seaside in a minute walk.

Fun zone game-equipment to be refreshed (old models, old view, sometimes not proper working) People doing sun-bed reservations by towels (difficult to found available place)
