Good value for money

The taxi reservation company inside the hotel were very RUDE they stole money from us changed the price even after we paid in advance and we got a receipt when we didn’t agree to pay more they left us they were very rude and literally stole from us it is the hotel fault they let such thieves work there with them.

1. Hotel is good looking, inside and outside. 2. I think that main building Hotel is refurbished and it is high quality refurbished, like new. 3. Elevators operating good and fast. 4. I have to say that the food is very good, a lot of choice. 5. Good entertainment, mini club-mini disco in the evening for kids, for adults entertainment were to. 6. Infrastructure around the Hotel is good. 7. Rooms are good and clean, cleaners clean every day and cleaning is good, but in my opinion, they maybe need a short education. 8. Internet connection is free 👍 9. According to the offer from booking and all the pictures and price I picked it and the choice was good. This was our 7th year in a row that we visit Turkey and region from Antalya to Alanya. For others if you have to choose and you are not sure which Hotel to pick, Seaden Sea Planet Resort is a good choice do not think much and pick it. My grade is strong 8 out of 10

For managers: 1. I think water slides/ the staircase need good cleaning. 2. Other option is refurbishing or replacing all water slides with new and better to be according to the hotel. 3. The bed in our room need replacement, do not know for other rooms situation. The bed was curved in the middle and was not comfortable. 4. Third bed was good for our kid. 5. Pillows were too thick for me. 6. Hotel need more umbrellas in the pool area. 7. Location is not so good, but for us wasn't a problem because we travel by car. 8. Hair dryer button were problematic.

I had the worse experience at this hotel it is definately not value for money. The hotel is outdated the rooms are so cheap old and dirty. We couldnt breathe oir asthma was triggered and the place brang on a traumatic anxiety experience for me. I asked management to refuns my money so I can leave ans go elsewhere and they refused my.money back even though I paod for 4 nights and only stayed one. I lost $4000 dollars ans they had no compassion to help me with my circumstances rather just offering a sea view room which was still the same as what I was staying in anyway. The bedsheets had urine stain which they claimed was sun damage the room waant cleaned properlt or even mirrors wiped down. It was beyond un hygienic. All though I raised all these concerns they will wouldnt give my money back. I will be taking legal action against this hotel once I go back home.

The hotel was horrendous, worse experience ever rooms were filthy; finger nail clippings on the floor, mould on the walls. Hotel staff are useless., mini bar only has two coke bottles with nothing else in an ultra inclusive resort. Kids play area closes for 12-2pm hence kids still using water slides with no water - one had to be rushed to hospital for head injury. Never will I use this hotel again Save your money and book a proper 5 star resort surely it’ll struggle to be a 1 star

I didn't like nothing there at all

The staff members are worse kind of humans I ever seen in my traveling experiences, they are rude and disrespectful , I had an altercation with someone ((claimed to be a manager)) because he harassed me twice with the chef in the restaurant and the beach . The chef is acting like thug scaring people off pretending like he own the restaurant and no one will eat dinner without his permission. I was about to call the police for that matter but luckily they stopped.. hotel is allways full with guests,no quiet spaces to relax without noise. there is no room services even if you are willing to pay for it , so you must go to the restaurant and eat like a dogs at exact time otherwise you will starve to death because there is no places nearby, the location is very far from the city centre. (Bad location). The gym is rusty and small not like what they show you in photos. This place is not good for couples or solo travellers who's looking for relaxing and beach tanning. The WiFi is very very slow and the rooms is too noisy because if someone next room talks loudly you will not sleep. Only one staff member speaks English so it will be hard to get what you want without hassle. The price was cheap just like there food and beverages when I stayed The hotel is looks clean but there is a smell of the pathrooms coming out during day. I also found a hair in my lunch plate one time.
