Location: About 1 hour and 15 minutes from Antalya Airport. The hotel has a large, beautiful area with direct access to the sea. Food: The food was varied and quite good. Every day there was something new to try. Of course, some dishes repeated, but that’s normal everywhere. Let’s say, there were no lobsters or oysters, but there was always a good selection of fresh meat and fish. Entertainment: The hotel has a great water park with plenty of slides for fun. For kids, there’s also a small amusement park — even adults enjoyed the bumper cars! Every evening there was a disco and entertainment for both kids and adults. The shows in the amphitheater were really well done and enjoyable. Beach & Sea: The beach is nice and sandy, with a bit of pebbles right by the water. The sea is clean and beautiful. There’s also a pier where you can jump into the water. Service: The staff were friendly and always busy doing something. Reception was always helpful — special thanks to Roxana for her support. Extra touches: Besides the main restaurant, there are a few cafes around the hotel. Some of them turn into à la carte restaurants in the evening, which was a nice touch. Room & Cleaning: Our room was cleaned daily — not perfect, but good enough. We stayed in a separate complex of three-story villas, and it even had extra pools. That was simply amazing.

The only thing we really didn’t like was the beds and pillows. I have no idea where they found those mattresses — I’ve never seen anything like them in my life. Combined with the pillows, it was very hard to fall asleep. We kept waking up during the night with sore necks or numb arms. And it wasn’t just the adults — even the kids had the same issue. They did have three types of pillows, so I guess they tried to fix it somehow, but honestly, we ended up sleeping on folded bathrobes just to make it bearable. It was really awful, but thankfully, it was the only downside.

Everything that you can ask for a perfect family holiday. The beach is very close and the food has a good variety with lots of different restaurants. I liked the ala carte and the barbecue restaurant the most because I’m not keen on walking around the restaurant and waiting in a big queue to get some food. One of the most important things we loved is the funfair which is free of charge. I have never ever stayed in the same hotel twice as I like discovering new places but this hotel can be an exception.

Wonderful place with very well trained and polite staff all around resort. Heaven for families with kids, you just can’t get bored here. Good quality and choice of food and drinks and generally very clean place. Even though it was almost fully booked it never happened that we haven’t found sun lounges or free table for dinner. Special plus goes to amusement park which is free of charge, we enjoyed our evenings there having a lot of fun. I think we already know where we’ll gonna spend our next summer holiday :)

The only disappointment for us was the beach, unlike all the places we stayed before in Turkey which had sandy beaches, here it’s pebbles and the entrance is not suitable for small children as it’s quite deep. Everything else was really perfect!

For families you have every type of pool you could ask for, indoor, outdoor, and for different levels of experience, fast bug slides to smaller sized, and a beach.

This is not limited to just this hotel. But all hotels in Europe. It would be good to have a system of some type for the chairs around the pools. A red/green card to signal if it is taken or not. Either there were not enough chairs to go around or people just left their towels on each and every chair and never used the chairs. Not enough floaties for the slides and no officiating of sharing of the floaties. You had to be an animal to take it off others or fight over that one that goes free. People at the hotel also lacked a culture of common courtesy and “wait your turn”. This is not the hotels fault but I can imagjne the implementation of the right type of signs, signals, and examples that could be set by staff that would positively influence the crowds attitude.

Amazing family getaway! The resort is clean, beautifully designed. We especially loved the 24/7 Cookers Cellar à la carte restaurant, which was included and offered great food anytime we wanted. We really enjoyed the pools, the food, aqua park, and kids club team and their activities were fantastic. The resort was spotless and the staff were warm and helpful.

The aqua park, kids club, and luna park are a bit far from the main building, main pool, and the beach. While there’s a shuttle, it was sometimes tricky with our infant needing frequent naps, making the back and forth a bit tiring. This wouldn’t be an issue if you’re not traveling with an infant. Also, the amphitheater is far from the kids’ show area in the kids club, so we often missed the beginning of the adult animation shows. Nonetheless, it was still an amazing stay for our family.

Very nice facilities, most of stuff are very friendly. You can take food out of restaurant and bring it to room for example, which is very very comfortable with children.

At the restaurant when they were cooking fish all restaurant was smelling fish tooo much. Some food was or tooo salty or without salad at all. For example pasta all without salt at all. Generally it’s huge variety of food and you can find what to eat, some thing are very yummy but not all. By the way there is a food all the time 7/24.

many tourists come from different countries. if the hotel is European, it must also adhere to communication in languages! you can only hear Russian there and especially music! why only Russian? we rested for 8 days, the programs of musicians changed but the music was in Russian 😡🙏
