The property was really close to the Metro station Sihhiye and also Kizilay could be reached in like 10 minutes by foot. The staff was really friendly all the time.
Sadly the WiFi was basically not working at all in my room. If it was working it was really slow and almost unusable. If the WiFi situation changes i'll definitely consider another stay.

Great location, friendly staff who gave good recommendations and directions for when we were arriving late and needed to park. Also very responsive throughout. They also let us keep our car with them for a few hours while we walked around after checking out.
The pillows are a bit firm for my liking but this is very subjective. The bathroom could do with a bit of restoration but otherwise is pretty decent.

The location of the hotel is really great! Our suite was really nice, big, tidy, very clean!!!! Room service came every day and wifi worked great 👍🏾 The restaurant spoiled us with delicious meals 🥘

everything was great. the hotel over pleased us. all personnel were polite and useful - responded all our requests. cleaning was great as well as interior. warm room with adjustable heater, air conditioning is fine and well located according to the bed. the location is close to the main streets with shopping and restaurants, banks etc.
the only thing is very high and and hard pillows and small blankets.
