The staff were very nice and always willing to help. Every evening in the lobby there were sweets and tea for guests which was very nice. Great location. Close to bus stops, metro, lots of cafes and restaurants

Opposite the hotel there is a meyhane and music plays there until 1am. This music is clearly audible in the room and it is difficult to fall asleep

Cleanliness of room, excellent breakfast, facilities (electric kettle, fridge), good soundproofing, good WiFi, good housekeeping. Helpful staff.

Would be nice to have one more trash can in living space. Would be nice to have clothes hooks in the living space or more clothes hangers. The air conditioner didn't do its job well.

Breakfast was excellent.the stuff were kind and polite . But their speaking of English were weak and 1t,s difficult to explain them ,what we need .

Just communication in English, that was poor . For many of hotel in ankara. They have the same problem . There isn't someone to speak in English.

I had to ask to change rooms since my first room was awful, the door wasn’t closing properly and there were literally holes in the walls. The staff offered me 3 rooms to choose from which was nice, so I chose the best one and that room was much better. Location is on the street with bars and clubs but I wore noise cancelling headphones so didn’t hear much.

The hotel is in a very good central position to explore Ankara. Great breakfast choices. Staff is nice and helpful.

The bathroom is not in the best state. It is clean but definitely needs renovation. Also our room faced the street, opposite is a night club from which you can hear the music during the night.

good location, nice prices at the time august 2024, breakfast is fantastic open buffet, comfortable sized rooms, nice staff. what could i want more ! highly recommended. the location is right behind the main street with a walking distance of 1 minute. everything is nearby restaurants, bars, and supermarkets.

The hotel is near to bars, so it can be noisy at night. Our rooms smell terrible to cigarette, we needed to leave open the window to try to ventilate, but it was impossible to take away the smell.

The rooms are large and spacious. We were on the last floor (8th) so we had balcony/terraces with a great view of Ankara (kocatepe Mosque, Kizilay...). The location can't be better, it is about 3-4 minute walk from Kizilazy mall so you are close to the metro and sites. The staff is so kind and helpful, not all of them speak English but they all try their best to understand. The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff is very kind, offering to give you extra toiletries if you want. The price is also very reasonable, would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was not good. There was no coffee option, only tea and the food was a few cold cuts and cheeses. It isn't even worth waking up for, just eat out. There is only 1 elevator so sometimes you need to wait a while to catch it, which can be a problem when you are on the 8th floor for example.

The hotel is located at the entertainment center of Ankara. The room and hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good enough. Value for money. Highly recommend for short periods.

As i said the location is at the entertainment center which means that there are around a lot of night clubs with loud music. You should take this into account.

The room was dark in the nighttime, the lightning was not good.
