Staff was amazing apart a guy at the spa. Room was always clean. Wide selection for breakfast. Free coffee and tea. I liked it. Location is also great close to underground. Room was spacious and bed very comfy i slept like a baby. Spa was fine a bit colder sauna. I would stay there again.

While booking it says there is a swimming pool and a fitness center... which in reality there is none. Other that this everything is great, great spa facilities

I had a wonderful experience during my visit to Ankara, and this hotel definitely deserves a spot in the satisfaction pie. The entire staff is exceptional, friendly, and always ready to address any questions you may have. While the room is on the smaller side, perfect for a single occupant, it becomes a bit challenging to move around if you have luggage. However, the daily cleaning is meticulous, and despite the compact size, the bathroom is kept spotless. The hotel's prime feature is its location; it's situated right in the heart of downtown, less than a 1-2 minute walk to everything. The main subway station is conveniently close (300 m), and the bus station to the airport is within a 5-minute walk. I opted for the Ankarabus to the airport, which cost me around 120 TL, whereas a private taxi charged me 30 euros one way. Despite the compact room size, I highly recommend this hotel, especially considering its unbeatable location.

The manager of the hotel was so generous in case of giving water and coffee to the room. Breakfast was so good and was charged again frequently, we had everything we want. The location is great and you have access to many things outside of the hotel, like restaurants, subway, shopping center.

Wifi was weak in the room. I wish they had also all inclusive option in booking, so guests could book also lunch or dinner buffet.

The room is clean and with comfortable beds. The bathroom is clean and spacious. There are all necessary hygiene products. The breakfast was wonderful and varied. The staff is very nice and polite, always meeting our requests. They met us halfway and allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours after check-out. We liked everything!

The bathroom door was closing quite tightly and at first we even thought that it would not close at all.

The hotel is the best one among the hotels around it, I tried all the 3 stars and 4 stars hotels in Kizilay, and this one is one of the top among them, also one of the cheapest, you will get a cheap hotel and a perfect location and the hotel rooms quality is good.

the bathroom, first it is small and second it has missing things like soup and shampoo but when you ask they will bring them, and if you didn't request them they will not put for you. but in general, I can't even say that this is a negative point.

The hotel location is great and accessible. The staff are very friendly and respectful. I booked a room for 3 but the lady in the reception upgraded it to a deluxe family room for FREE which was amazing since my mother was sick and this two family rooms helped us a lot. The breakfast is great and exceeded our expectation. The room cleaning proceddure is very professional. Even at check out, without us asking, they asked us if we need a taxi to airport and they called a taxi & they discussesd the fare with driver, which was very helpful since we didi not able to speak turkish with driver.

I liked everything. I will rebook the same hotel if I came to Ankara again.

The Hotel is ideally located in downtown Ankara but in a quiet street. Excellent location; there are lots of shops and restaurants in a walking distance. Also, near to the Kızılay square & the metro station. The room was very clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Traditional tasty Turkish breakfast was provided. Free parking at the hotel.

I don't had e bad experience or dislike something. I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. I can highly recommend this accommodation! I will stay at this hotel if I come again back to Ankara.

Location is great. It’s is near metro and bus station. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes, shops. Staff was very friendly. Place was clean. Our room was very comfortable.

There small cafe under hotel. They kept playing loud music every day from 6am😭 but when windows closed it was not bothering me. My friend is light sleeper. So she kept wake up at six am.

Wow ! It’s too clean and smell good all the hotel . The rooms are clean and bath too. The breakfast are delicious and the staff are very friendly , anything you need it they will be resolve ! Unfortunately my little boy got sick all the trip but we stayed comfortable in the room with all the facilities ❤️ tessekular
