The location was fantastic, the room was big and everything was clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast variety in general was very good There was water and tea provided for free in the room and tea, coffee and water in the lobby

Because I was sick during the first day, I was asking for chamomile tea. Unfortunately the page brought about 6 additional bags of black tea (there already were some in the room) which couldn't help my stomach at all. The breakfast in general was very good but there was no freshly baked bread, only mechanically produced bread in plastic package

Excellent value, friendly staff, very good location in the center of everything. Breakfast (good buffet style) and parking were included. Our room was very nice, faced out to the back (so was quiet) and was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable too and the bathroom was clean. Paid just under 60€/night and would stay again at that rate.

The little "balcony" outside our room was not very well maintained or clean, but that may be more of a problem with the polluted air and less of the hotel.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, nice to talk to. Everything is clean and tidy everywhere. Evening ikrams - tea and tasty things - are a very nice bonus, thanks to the hotel for this. The location is very convenient, the metro is nearby. Sound insulation is good.

There is a problem with the plumbing in the room, it needs renovation. The breakfasts were very disappointing, there was very little hot food, and in general the dishes were not tasty. Instant coffee is very sad. The cooks constantly come out and ask which room I'm from. It was unpleasant. You need to place a hostess at the entrance, and not constantly find out which room I'm from through the staff coming out of the kitchen.

I stayed in this hotel during my visit to Ankara. The cleanliness of the hotel, the expertise of the staff in finding solutions to every problem with a smile, the wonderful breakfast decoration, breakfast varieties and taste are priceless. We would like to thank the hotel manager Mr. Ferhat for his interest. From now on, when I go to Ankara, this will be my only choice. The location is right in the center, it is very easy to reach everywhere. access. I liked it very much, I recommend it.

Located very close to the city centre, at the same time the hotel is cosy and calm. The staff is very kind. An asset is that you can drink a tea and coffee in the lobby during the day (it is not extra paid). Very nice breakfast.

It was quite surprising that almost nobody speaks English (sometimes even at the reception it was difficult to communicate).

Great location near the Kizilay square with so many shpos, stors, exchange, malls, bus station, metro, taxi, and every things you want. Airport to Kizilay by bus with right price. This is good for people that don't stay in hotel for long time during the days. This horel is my choice again in Ankara.

I except more about room accessories like hotel slipper, toothbrush and toothpaste. Fan and siphon of WC need services. We notice them to kindly lady in reception and she followe up very well.

The hotel I stayed at during my visit to Ankara is a very decent hotel in the center, most parts are not walkable and the staff is very clean. Breakfast options are many and delicious. They are very attentive and deal with any possible problems immediately. If I continue to go to Ankara again, this is the only place I will go without thinking.

There is nothing negative

The staff was really helpful and polite, and their English was well enough to communicate. The location is great to wander around and get to know the district which was important to me as I stayed there before getting my permanent accommodation in students dormitory. The room was very clean.

Sometimes there were problems with wi-fi connection which may be an issue if you don't have local number and cheaper mobile Internet yet.

Great staff at reception. Perfect location next to everything and 3 subway lines. Room with balcony-veranda for maximum comfort. Buffet breakfast fantastic. Great value for money.

Clean, convenient hotel in the city centre, near the station to the airport and to the metro. Many shops, restaurants and everything you need is nearby. Personnel very friendly and helpful

WiFi signal was low in a couple of occasions.
