Very nice hotel that is staffed by extremely friendly and helpful people. The room was comfortable and breakfast filling. Also, the location was right in the middle of numerous restaurants and cafes as well as near a metro stop.

Internet was unstable in the room, but worked great in the lobby. If I needed a stable connection for work, etc. I am not sure I would pick this place, but if I was in Ankara to explore the city, I would definitely stay here again.

The Apartment was generally nice. The shower was good and the Reception area was quite attractive. The staff were business-like and fulfilled most requests. The property is located in a good central area and transport is easily attainable.

The kitchenette was very sparsely equipped to do any proper cooking; more pans, cutlery and crockery, a toaster, sponges, washing up liquid, paper towels and kitchen towels would be an asset.

Great value for the money. The location and the staff are remarkable. Easy walking distance to so much. Breakfast was included and a nice selection

I will qualify by saying we are American and understand we are high expectations. That said, in our suite, the television, the kettle and the hair dryer did not work. The TV was replaced the next day and we never reported the other items because we didn't want to seem like typical complaining Americans, and we were able to find workarounds. The building is old, the furnishings are simple and dated, but work for our purposes.

It’s in a very good spot in Kızılay — there many restaurants and shops in walking distance.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was a tear on the shower hose, so a lot of water sprayed out to the side and reduced water pressure.

I will review First Apreat Hotel services on the scale 1-10, it will be like this: - Location: 10 - Staff hospitality: 11 - Room surface: 10 - Room equipment – 8 (they need to do some refurbishment) - Breakfast variety: 10 (especially if we add room price into the account) - Value for money: 10 Would I stay at First Apart again? Yes, without doubt.

Breakfast quality: 8 (please pay attention on your packaged products like creams, cheese, hazelnut cocoa spread and butter – they are stored near some heating source or near the end of their date of use - please check)

Firstly The location of First Apart hotel is very good . You can easily find anything what do you want to buy. Secondly The staff is friendly and they help you when you ask questions about the monuments, restaurants they give efficient information about the city. Room was clean.

The lighting in the rooms can be better .

Nice location in the city center, many restaurants nearby, we had a nice room, simple but good breakfast. Overall very good stay for the amount of money we paid.

AC in the room wasn't very efficient. We ended up opening windows during the night Kitchen wasn't equipped at all. For three people we found two different glasses and no other mugs🙂

Excellent for short stays. Great location! Very friendly staff. (resepsiyonda sorumlu gündüzcü abimize özel teşekkürler 🙏) There is also a Meyhane detached to hotel, namely ‘Safie Meyhane’ took the name after Safiye Ayla, great Turkish classical music singer who was one of Ataturk’s favourite singer! Safie Meyhane offers Turkish style meze and raki which all is looking great and always full of people! Must tried!

The location is very good (good metro and bus connections + quiet street) and the hotel staff were very friendly to us.

The pillows were not very comfortable and the breakfast was ok.

The Hotel is right in the centre of Kizilay, everything is just a few steps away. The receptions Mustafa and Mehmet were really nice and caring during my stay. For the price I paid, I think a decent hotel with everything you need is available. The hotel is just 5 mins away from the metro station, and all the cafes around will never let you go hungry. I loved my short stay at the First Aparthotel.

Nothing. Breakfast could be better, but it's a small hotel, so I am not sure but will be happy if they make a better breakfast.
